Apart of how fast this software fixed my outdated drivers and did wonders to speed up everything, their customer support deserves 5/5. Can't complain. The product is good and support is polite and timely. Just read the fine print before you buy.
I was looking for some way to speed up my pc as I was having slowdowns and freezes while online. After checking a few reviews it looked like they were legit and I purchased the Tweakbit repair program. After installation & running it another popup came up to run the Speed up portion of the software. It took me back to the screen to pay for it AGAIN. I called & they said that was not included and I'd have to pay again and I would need to have a technician get on my pc. And this would cost around 200.00. I should have figured that out as soon as I heard the indian accent that this was a scam where they keep adding charges for additional software or help and you can end up paying hundreds of dollars and never get all that you need. I called my cc company & had my number changed and I hope that's all they got.

They piggiback on legitimate software search, pretending they are the tool you are looking for, selling a set of garbage and try to sell you a technician to fix your problems. A major malware! Look also for Paddle - the same organization.
