In my 42 years of life I have legit not ever dealt with a return/exchange as horribly as I have with UGG. It was the absolute worst experience EVER. Took over 2 months for our exchange. I have screen shots of every conversation.

Tip for consumers:
UGG return/exchange policy SUCKS
Products used:
Exchanged boots for a different boot because they did not have the right size we needed in the original boot we bought. Took TWO MONTHS or longer for exchange!
