Not to sounds exaggerative but Umarketspro are truly a modern-day brokerage. I've had my fair share of brokers in the past (been trading for a decade) and these guys feel fresh and understanding. No old-school advice or massive spreads to cut my profits in half. Will be sticking with them for quite some time, if they continue to deliver as well as they do now!

Account opening took way more time than I expected. Wanst happy about that so I deduct a star definitely. At least funding went through quicker so I was able to trade almost on time with my research. Not the biggest of deals but still worth mentioning. Also, their support isnt massively helpful, I had to do a deeper research to know what I was looking for. As for platform and trading products, I am satisfied. They cover everything and their trading experts are actually helpful once you get to talk with them. 3.5/5 from me.

They are persistent cold callers, with manchester numbers and claims of being located in switzerland. They collect deposits and then even when you make profits will make you pay to make withdrawals, which will never come by the way. I personally had to resort to submitting a claim at swift recovery europe before i got my deposits and profits for a percentage, i found them on youtube. Please stay away from umarkets

Customer support is not optimal, only English has good coverage. They should include one or two languages.

I made a initial deposit of US$250 via my credit card account using a "One Time Code" to authorize the transfer of funds. This was a mistake as when I tried to claim my money back MasterCard declined my claim as using the "One Time Code" offers no protection against fraud or defective goods or services. I never panicked too much, did some research and found a solution at traderscare.live. They'd assist you with recent investment scams recovery possibility. Note that you'd ask before you know if your lost funds can be recovered. And I'm not here to convince anybody.

If anyone knows anything about these bastards please let me know on **************. These are big criminals. I informed the police.

Definitely an above-average brokerage. Once I started trading with them, they were poorer in performance but they've been getting better and better from then on. Withdrawals are faster now (although still slower than a short-term trader would want) Also, trading assets have diversity which suits me very well. Trading platform is top of the notch, even for a beginner like me. Have to say, I'd recommend to any new trader!

Everything is ok until you ask your money back, than the problems start, they can take it from your creditcard en don't won't to transfer it back to your creditcard, than suddenly they need all your bankreferencies en bank account number to refund your money, al do it says in their policies that they refund to your creditcard, a bunch off thieves that's what they are

It is a scam! You have to deposit and they promise to bounce right back, but they dont! Than you have to pay to get it back and you even lose more! They took all my money, 22.250,00! Don't believe them!

Their claimed trading address is: "Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstone, St. Vincent and the Grenadines"

That address contains a typo... There is no "Kingstone" in SVG, there is however a KingsTOWN. This is an attempt by the scammers to stop you from Googling the address successfully and a typo like that is a big clue to this being a scam.

The address at Kingstown is registered to a completely unrelated company "Wilfred International Services". The landlord of the Griffith Corporate Centre has even posted a page warning about misuse of the Suite 305 address.

There are numerous warnings from Switzerland's FINMA and UK's FCA about scammers and unauthorised financial service providers claiming to operate from the Suite 305 address (see attached screenshots).

Swiss support is useless, English is okay. Spreads are fine if youre a professional and have bigger capital, beginners will have a hard time dealing with them. Not the best of webinars but they still have educational value. Have to say, umarketspro can do better but they're surely trying!

The company is legit they made me $10,000 for 3 months! They know what they are doing and they know how to trade and to make money for prople like me that have no idfea for the market
