It was perfect! Very user friendly. A very necessary and useful tool where you don't have to be seen, but you are heard which is more important to this group meeting.

With shelter in place for COVID-19 underway, our little church was looking for a means to get together for our worship services. A bit of a challenge as most of us are elderly digital age misfits.

Conference calls seemed to be a fit, your customer service reps were easily available and quick to answer the few questions I had, making setup a snap. Other than a couple of minor problems with login (due to the fact that this was a first conference call for most of us), everything went extremely well.

We're looking forward to next Sunday and a bit smoother log in period, with the experience gained from the maiden voyage.

Great service, worked well for our Monthly Board Meeting during the COVID-19 outbreak, would recommend as a great service! We encountered not problems, was easy to use.

WE have used the service a few times and its great.
Would like the option to send reminder texts for meetings to all.

Wanted more people to engage for the amount paid but it's okay starting out for our small ministry in operation for 40 years.

Hoping this works for church service. We are able to continue holding church service via conference call & church .members are able to interact. This was a great & cost effective option for our small church.

THIS SITE IS GOOD. THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALLED YOUR SALES LINE AND IT WENT TO A CELL PHONE WITH NO MESSAGE WAS VERY, VERY BAD.

Missing piece. Ability to have caller flag they wish to speak. Ring central has this feature and a lower price but I thought I would give unlimited a chance. The flag is missed and I may have to go to ring central for our next conference.

I tried this Monday, and it did not work, and I was told I would get a call. My clients were waiting to get set up, had to wait, made us look bad.

I asked for a call-back, did not receive any information regarding when I can expect the call from sales.

I have no idea if I would recommend your site to others or if I will buy from you again until I try the product.

This is a Wonderful service for the Angels of Mercy House of Deliverance prayer line! Unlike other conference companies Unlimited Conferencing will not charge your callers only you as the account holder. $14.95 is a Great price! God Bless!

Tried 2 times to sign up. After entering my credit card info, received a Runtime error on the screen. Called Customer Support and no one available. I need something set up for a call early next week and need to get the call info out to everyone. If I can't get something set up with your company this weekend, I will go somewhere else. I had a question about whether I can use my phone or computer to dial in. This is not addressed on your website and no-one answered when I called your business line to get help.

This service is wonderful for my church's prayer line! This will help us spread God's good word to our members that can't make it to Sunday School. I love that they are closed on Sunday's to give the employees time with the Lord and their Family's! AMEN!
