I purchased the unlocking service, and after one week, had received no communication from the "company." I inquired as to why the unlock code was delayed, and received an email stating 'We apologize for the delay, we will look into this and get back to ASAP." I do not think they provide any of the money back services they promise, based on my experience and the comments of others on this page who have lost their money. If you have $$$ to throw away, go to Unlockeroo and watch your cash disappear. Otherwise, avoid these thieves.

On the third business day after paying for their unlock service and not receiving an unlock code, I emailed and asked the status of my order. I did not receive a reply. On the fourth business day, still no unlock code or update. I again emailed asking for either an unlock code or a refund - no reply.
Don't waste your money with Unlockaroo.
Don't do it, you can't even let a review on there website, they were supposed to unlock my phone after I paid them, it's been 2 months and now they won't refund me my money.

Ordered on December 2 promised 3 business day delivery it's now December 10 and they have not answered the emails I sent on December 6,7 and 8th
They told me my device should be unlocked in 3-5 business days, so I sent them my device info along with my credit card info. This is 2 weeks later now. They took my money and I haven't heard a thing from them yet. They're good at taking your money, but my experience they're not good with anything else.
Don't give these people your money. They will steal from you and provide you with absolutely no service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend these people to anyone.

They advertised they can unlock any phone! I sent them the Manufacturer, model number, IMEI# and the response was that they can positively unlock that phone! So, I paid the money, got an unlock code in 3 days. In the unlock code email there was a warning; in short is says that they got your money and will keep it! They will go to your bank and fight you if necessary! This alone should raise red flags, but of course it was to late. I put a sim card in the phone and it does not prompt for a code! Just says "Network Lock". I contacted other unlock companies and they DO NOT SELL unlock codes for this model because it CAN NOT BE UNLOCKED! One needs to go to the original seller and manufacturer, its a long drawn out process. Evidently some carriers now do this thinking that you will subscribe to their service before throwing away an $800 - $1000 phone or go through the hassle. This company lies to you, cheats you and then tells you they will fight with your bank to keep your money. Very bad company, very bad people!
Don't buy there is no way to contact the admin. All my attempts to contact unlockaroo bounced back. I just wanted to know who the sender identity or what sender's identity will be.
They toke my money and it's been 3 weeks still my phone is lock this is the worst and I tried to get my money back and I still ain't get my money back smh

Just like k the other reviews you are reading on this site you do not get a code and they keep your money. I had my bank dispute the company to get my money back.
