I can't really judge you based off of just giving you information to be contacted with.
So my rating stands until I actually get good customer service to accurately judge you from.
Maybe you should save this rating questionnaire for after we are actually helped.

So far so good it depends if I get qualified to get any money if I do I will definitely really appreciate it and I definitely would recommend this to everybody and anybody I know

So far, this being the initial step of getting an USDA loan, it is simple to fill in information. I'm sure there will be more to come, and that is when I will know how to properly answer this question. However, I will be objective.

Really haven't gotten far enough into the process to make
an intelligent evaluation, however, it has been simple so far.

I don't have a shopping experience because I am just learning on how to use this new service. I don't know how long it takes to qualify for a new home mortgage because this is the first time by myself. I need help or your guidance through these procedures or programs that I might qualify. The process was very helpful filling out my information although I haven't been approved so i don't know my overall rating

I've filled out this form before I believe and got in contact with a loan officer who never email me back.

Buying a house is very exciting but very scary all at the same time. So many decisions, lifetime commitment, are there hidden issues, it's a home, needs constant care.

So far things a sounding good, I hope this is all good things, and if it is I would let my family and friends know about this company.

This questions should be asked after the whole experience. So far I have just given all my information and no response. I pray to God that I qualify.

So far I am happy, now I am just waiting to hear back, I need to find a home of my own before Christmas or I well be homeless. Thank You

I am on ssdi been searching for information about how to obtain a home loan. USDA seems to a company hopefully to help me.

Easy to fill out, don't know finance rate yet or payment amount. We have 2 incomes and names going on loan, me and my son Christopher Hilburn buying a house together next door to his place of employment with a shop to be able to work on cars. Wanting to see the affordability aspect.
