It took 2 days, but Joseph has been an excellent technician. He worked tirelessly to solve some thorny proplems and ended up giving me great confidence in my computer again which was plagued with viiruses and was unable to communicate with my printer. Joseph solved these problems and installed Norton Antivirus & Protection which is what I needed. I am grateful for his knowledge and skill in giving me back my computer as it should be. I highly recommend him.

The service I recieved from Armel was Excellent. He did a good job on follow up. He was punctual and helpful in many ways.

There are con-men operating in this field. I withstood 45 minutes of one an nearly an hour of another to be told they wanted $ 250.
Yours was fair price and I trust it h as produced promised results/cleaning/speed/etc.
I will indeed call if I have trouble and/or feel that the same clutter is happening all over again, not prevented Dan was especially persuasive in a low key, honest way.
I will hold you to your promise of much better operation.

The technician was professional and responded to my concerns. I am very pleased with his service. He had a "no quit" attitude in working with my cd player on my refurbished " Dell" desktop. I am a senior citizen and was struggling to clean my computer in order to do some software and map downloads. The US Global technical representative was persistent in cleaning my computer and literally
Spent hours at this task. I have not requested any further service but the initial service I received was excellent.

Dan is wonderful. He cleaned my computer and was thorough at it. I am a mum of three so at times my kids spill over dirt on my computer. Dan made sure that he left everything clean just a promised.

The technicians seem to be be quite knowledgeable and have great patience and attention to detail. I am satisfied with the work they performed.

Edmund told me it would take 2 hours, and it is now 6 hours later. Spent my whole afternoon and half of my evening getting this update, cleanup and new Macaffee installed. Way too long and I had to leave the house for an appointment, only to come back and it still wasn't finished. Have to do better with how long it takes. However the technicians (2) were helpful and polite.

Our technician understood the problem right away. The original issue was dealt with and the secondary issue, our subscription was handled right away. We like your tech's and company!

Justin is an excellent Technical Support Representative. He guided me efficiently thru the navigation process to get my issues resolve.

He was also helpful in making the service very affordable for my budget. In addition, the entire Technical Support Team was helpful in keeping me updated on every activity during the process.

Overall, the experience was great and I feel more confident about receiving technical support for my PC.

Your representative who answered the phone was impatient. She seemed to be in hurry and at first did not want to take my correct phone number to have a technician call me. In fact, i'd say she was rude! Technician more helpful and patient. I DO NOT wish to continue being a U.S. Global Tech customer.

I called and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes and i called them 45 minutes later. But they did fix the problem.

I called for help in fixing the computer and was greeted by a pleasant woman. I was asked what I needed and she took it from there and in 48 minutes all was corrected. It was pleasant to talk to someone that spoke clear English and I was able to clear up my problem so easy.

Sarah quickly ID the situation and clearly defined the problem and her plan to resolve. One trail then another lead quickly to everything -printer, computer, AND scanner back up and running. I received a full checkup and maintenance and do believe the value and time spent was worthy. Highly recommend this service and do wish we could adopt SARAH and have her come live with us!
