I used US Relocation, Inc., a moving company, for my home relocation move in St. Louis in August, and am relatively pleased. Their rate was reasonable plus the movers showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They also cared enough to move my furniture safely out of my old house and into my new house; they also put my moved furniture where I wanted and put my mattress on my springboard successfully. The reason I cannot give this company five stars is that I felt misled about what could be moved. When I scheduled the move, the person I talked to over the telephone told me I could pack up to 20 boxes and have smaller items moved besides having the furniture I selected moved. Well, the movers only opted to move the furniture items I selected - I had to have my next-door neighbors help me move my other items.

Tip for consumers:
Before scheduling your move, plan out all the furniture and other items you want to take with you to your new home. I knew ahead of time everything I wanted moved and how long it would take to complete the move plus the rate for the estimated total time.
