Very nice user experience design resource. Good for UX and visual designers and web developers looking to stay on top of the latest design trends. But also accessible for beginners and anyone interested in the way websites and other digital media products are made.
The site is ran by a single man who is ill-informed on a large number of topics. While he does have some okay opinions on many things, his articles fail to source a single external resource when talking about how well-researched and cemented topics are actually bad (which they aren't). His opinions fail to account for a large number of the problems that users face, and he calls people with disabilities "accessibility snowflakes", disregarding their needs for his own design ego.

I have yet to read an article on UX Movement that wasn't written by the admin/founder, who, when given any kind of rebuttal or criticism, responds in such a defensive way that it makes it very clear he is just using this site for his own ego boost and could care less about learning from other people's experiences. Most articles don't site any kind of research, but are presented as if they should be taken as fact (in reality, a lot are opinions). Definitely don't mention that he has failed to consider some aspect of accessibility, either. He will bite your head off for even suggesting that something he proposed would be detrimental for a certain demographic of people.
