I have rented car with them (twice) and everything has been smooth, nice and quick. For most of the people with complaints, I recommend them to read EVERYTHING they say (credit cards, refunds, cancellations, etc) and maybe most of the complaints would have been avoid. I will continue renting car with them because they offer very good prices.

I booked an airline ticket ith them. After three days they sent me an email stating that the bank had not authorized the payment and it would be refunded. Instead they refunded me 12 euros (rather than the 669 owed). When calling them they said that it was "a scam booking" and they did not have to refund the total amount. They said that they still have the payment on their side but would simply not refund it and that I would need to do a chargeback with the bank. They refused to send confirmation of this Absolutely a fraudulent organization. Do not do business with them. Archana

After verbally confirming my wife's departure twice on the telephone, they denied it ever happened and try to sell me a business class ticket for over $10,000. I lost over 4K with them and there mistakes, they never take any responsibility, not only did my wife get stranded and we way over paid, but we Are deeply hurt by this careless company. After calling them multiple times to resolve the issue, all they do is deny deny and make it look like we were in the wrong.

Keine Hotline werden zurverfügung gestellt, kund Service schreibt kaum zurück, Flug sollte geändert werden, wurde einfach ohne Zustimmung storniert, Geld wurde einbehalten! Derzeit beim Anwalt! Überhaupt nichts zu empfehlen, großen Bogen machen um dieses unternehmen

I had a medical emergency at home and I needed to change my return flight.
First, you can only communicate with them via chat there phone number does not work. To make the change I was charged EUR 228.00 and I was fine with that. However, they would not provide me with a boarding pass or a confirmation number. My gut told me that it was a scam! So, I ended up buying a ticket with another airline. When I reached out again, I was told I would not be refunded the EUR 228.00, again I said then provide with a boarding pass or refund. Finally, after going back and forth I was told that my ticket was never changes and that I would be refunded however, to date I have not received my refund. Also, when asked about a refund the agent sent a screenshot saying that I would not get a refund. TERRIBLE!

Tip for consumers:
Do t=yourself a favor and do not use this site. It is TERRIBLE!!!!!

I booked a return ticket from Melbourne to Dublin for christmas time and they sent me an email hours later saying the ticket was refunded because the fair is no longer available (have never heard anything like that and they shouldnt be advertising it if it doesnt exist). They then told me on the phone the refund would not reach my account for 15-20 working days and that I should book a new ticket. So the money I saved up to go home theyre now holding. Additionally, when I made the comment of asking why i would book a new ticket if they could just take my money again and cancel it, the woman said "Well we'd just have to hope for the best that that doesn't happen". DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. They are a literal scam of a company.

I purchased 2 tickets to visit Russia with travel insurance and the Corona virus pandemic hit so I called and canceled my flight and to my surprise they charged me anyway for the thickets I was not able to speak to anyone and by email they did not respond accordingly! Do not use this Web site for any of your travels their customer service is the worse. I do have all the correspondence in case Vayama would like to answer this complaint.

As others have experienced, Vayama is a terrible company. They are refusing to refund me $1400 for a cancelled flight. The airline has already verbally confirmed to me that I am entitled to it, but Vayama refuses to process the refund after having first told me they were applying for it. They will ignore you and lie to you when they can no longer ignore you. Just deal directly with the airline and not these scammers.

We book the flight tickets through Vayama website for the trip to China on 01/22/2019, and the flight was canceled due to the lockdown of Coronavirus outbreak in Chin, Vayama didn't send us any notice nor rearrange a different flight for us. We had been trying to contact them for getting our money back ever-since on 01/24/2019, but our phone never be answered, and we still haven't get a penny back yet.
This is the worst online flight ticket purchasing that ever happened to us. We lost 1k for nothing.

Please, please Do Not purchase anything from Vayama.com. Once they charge your card. Not only that they don't help you with your reservation or questions in regards to your reservation, they hang up on you every time you call. Their website is a total false misinformation. Although their address is in San Jose but you're calls goes to India then to Nederland. They charge you from a totally different company. Preferably Dispute your charges instead of stressing yourself.

Vayama is an scam agency, an entity with no integrity or an agency which to be trusted. Be aware of dealing with them because for sure you will be scammed. They haven't refund my flight ticket booking that has been cancelled by them, without even notifying me about that changes, this issue happened more than one year ago, despite that I am communicating with them since then, unfortunately, all what they are doing sending me the automated reply via email. Please be acknowledged be aware of not dealing with them, they are a real fraud.

Scammers, cheap thieves! Disappeared with our refunds since the first week of March 2020z. Phone is disconnected and they sat an auto email to any email you send (see attachment). I'm gathering customers together for a class action law suit

Do not book your flight with vayama! Me and several family and friends booked through different agencies to attend wedding. 2 months ago Due to pandemic flights cancelled. Everyone has been refunded for their money except me since I was the only one booked with vayama! They have no customer service, no phone number, no email answer other than generic one. Awful experience.

Bunch of dishonest people. Waiting for my refund since July of 2019. They keep telling me about COVID, which started 6-9 months later. Airline already told the agency to refund my money several times, but they keep ignoring. Filed a complaint with BBB. Stay away!

In the beginning everything was fine, but when the coronavirus pandemic began, this agency showed itself from the most terrible side. Vayama is a very irresponsible company and they don't care about customers. I call and write to them and give a request for a changing our flights for two weeks now, but they do not respond and do not want to help. In no case do not buy tickets through this agency. They are scammers.

My question is how for the state of CA leave this Swindlers and Thieves rip people off for more than 10 years I know they have their office in San Jose

Do not buy with them, they will keep your money even when the airline allows you to cancel the flight!

I wanna cancel a trip due to COVID, Vayama tells me: Call American Airlines to cancel it. I do it, I give American Airlines my booking number, then American Airlines tells me I can either ask for a full refund or for a ticket exchange, but unfortunately and either way I have to ask Vayama to initiate it because they are the ones that bought my ticket.

I ask Vayama for a refund (given that these tickets were for a cancelled wedding celebration that will not happen anymore), their answer: Hi, you can only exchange your ticket.

I email them again, explaining how I directly called American Airlines and they told me I could also ask for a full refund with no fees (email pic attached), Vayama's 2nd email: You can only ask for a refund (they literally ignore my email and answered the very same answer).

I have now 4 plane tickets I cannot use, just because I did not book directly with the airline and tried to be a bit cheaper by using Vayama.

I will update this review rating and post if for any reason Vayama actually refunds me after my third email, but no hopes after their second email...

PS: I had to email them because you can't reach anyone when you call their number. Their answering service has been oversaturated (at least) for weeks.

Tip for consumers:
You think you are saving some dollars, but at the end you end up losing when issues outside of your control (e.g., COVID) happen...

Corona is the excuse. Now almost a month, I didn't receive my refund despite airline cancel my flight. Vayama stopped the call center. Can't FB message. Only way to communicate is email. They seldom reply back. Silent for weeks.
I smell a racket to charge Cancellation fees from us despite airline stop flying.
Very bad people. Will never do business with Momondo/Vayama.

I gave this one Star because zero Stars wasn't an option. We booked a flight from them right before Covid hit. The airline canceled the flights and returned the money to Vayama, who then was supposed to return it to us. They never did. We did everything we were supposed to do to get our refund. Sad!

Go on Better Business Bureau to see real reviews by authenticated people. This website is a scam. They don't have a functioning customer support, they just send you in a circle to email and call back. They don't allow changes to tickets or cancellations, when I tried they wouldn't allow it and charged me regardless for not even giving me my tickets.

It's simply horrible.
The website might be ok to navigate but there is no number and no customer service can be reached.
I purchased a ticket and I have to change it now, and even though I purchased their Premium pack, it is still very difficult to figure out how to change it. No ability on web site and no phone number to call.

The email reply I am receiving are either automated or from people that don't even read my question. Frustrating and ridiculous. I will never purchase a ticket on this site anymore.

My name is Guy Doron, I bought 2 flight tickets from Tel-Aviv to Denver #**************. I did not get the refund and did not get any positive response to my e-mails asking for my refund. In the same time - I bought 2 additional tickets for the same flight from ALICE website. From ALICE - i already got my refund 2 weeks ago! So make sure not to use any service VAYAMA will want to sell to you!

I bought my ticket flying from Seattle to Chiangmai, I literally can't go because Taiwan forbid anyone who holds a Chinese passport from transferring in Taipei, EVA air also promised full refund, however this company didn't want to help, want to take 300 dollars off my ticket and told me that there is no supervisor available to talk too, also she hung up on me.

Worst experience ever! When I finally arrived at the check in desk, my booking could not be found in the system although Vayama took the money and CONFIRMED my booking on the phone. Their mess up caused me a lot of damages. I had to stay overnight in a hotel and all they did was an apology and a refund but no reimbursement of the damages at all. I ended up booking it directly from the airline paying twice the price. Never book with Vayama if you want to guarantee a seat!

Hi every one "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD". They won't refund or exchange your ticket and they don't have a phone number available anymore only via email but out of the sudden they have a special number to charge extra to exchange your flight. Available monday through friday. I BELIEVE THIS IS ANOTHER FORM OF GETTING MORE MONEY FROM YOU AND THEN GIVE YOU THE RUN ABOUT. I WILL CALL THEM AND SEE WHAT THEY WILL TELL ME. Couldn't attach a file because they require a special file rather than pdf that most company use

Pirchased flights in december! Since the pandemic and all I have been trying to reach a live person since march 6 2020... it is now may 16 2020... i spoke with the airlines they said i am eligible for a full refund they sent authorization to vayama to release my refund and still have heard nothing! This is a joke and their phones are not accepting calls and customer service is by far the worst i have ever experienced!
