Save yourself the time and money from dealing with this company. Not only does it take forever to ship but arrival is even longer. I wish someone would have told me not to order from them before I did so I am urging you not to do it. It's hard to contact anyone, can't get an accurate arrival time and can't return or get a refund. It has been a month for a pair of shoes that was meant to be a gift. Two weeks of just waiting on delivery with no status. JUST DON'T DO IT.

Ordered 2 pair of sneakers on 07/01/2022 and I have haven't recieved any update at all. Attempted to contact them via phone number and email, phone number is disconnected and email is not real. You will recieve an email return upon sending, I don't understand how a website like this gets away with stealing money from people over and over. I wish I saw these post as well with issues other people have had. I am an attorney and I am working getting the site shutdown as we speak, as well as working on a class action suite against the primary owners of the site.

VECUSTOMS will quickly take your money, say that they are legit and then leave you hanging. I purchased a pair of shoes from VECUSTOMS and then immediately cancelled the order. After a little bit of research, I felt that they might be a scam. The most significant sign that they are a scam is their website www.vecustoms.com. If you search for anything it will come up with zero products. The only way you can purchase from them is on Google shopping. They are unwilling to explain why their website doesn't work nor give you a actual contact number. After requesting multiple times to talk to a human being, I have received nothing to fulfill that request. There are no phone numbers to call on their website. It is even hard to determine where they are located. The name of the company that shows up on your credit card is not VECUSTOMS but a company called Memtshirt in New Jersey not Utah. I put in an official cancellation including the order number and did not get a response. Based on their lack of communication, their bogus website and their inability to cancel my order, it seems clear that VECUSTOMS is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DONT ORDER FROM VECUSTOMS, TOTAL RIP OFF, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, NO CONTACT INFO, CANT CANCEL ORDER, NO REFUND. BB WONT DO ANYTHING, THEY JUST LET THESE COMPANIES OPERATE AND CONTINE TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.
