Found some cut leggings and put three pairs in my cart shipping said the would be here by 2/6 it's now 2/19 payed 25.00 in shipping. So I tried finding a way to cancel my order so I can buy somewhere else. Can't find a customer service number or chat and when I went to cancel it said it won't give me the 25 for shipping back when according to the tracker they haven't even shipped yet. Absolutely terrible company which is so sad the leggings looked so cute.

I ordered an oversized mid thigh length chunky cardigan. The photo looked amazing. What arrived was simply laughable. The worst piece of tack I've ever had the misfortune to buy. It was mis shapen, poor quality. Wider than it was long (I ordered small). It didn't even cover my bum, so went nowhere near my thighs! It has given family and friends a laugh anyway, it really is comical! Lesson learned!

I'm very upset I ordered my Christmas pjs last week because the website stated my order will come in with in 3-6 days because I was going to wear it for Christmas Eve with my family I payed over 100$ for it and there is no status of it being shipped. It is December 21 and I don't even think it's gonna come on time. There is no number to call to check status. And I really needed these before Christmas Eve. Very upset and sad

Worst company ever! Do not order from them. Ordered a hoodie for my wife for her birthday and when it was delivered it was extremely too small! I paid close to $40 for the hoodie. Thats including $18 for shipping quickly. When I submitted for a return i have to pay $8 to return and gives me a refund of $11... On a 40 order? Im so pissed right now. DO NOT SHOP HERE youll be sorry!

Do not buy from Vencano. Do not browse their site. Run far away and fast.
Took several weeks to arrive then was supposedly returned undeliverable (which no other package has EVER been returned). I responded that my address was correct by the cutoff date only to get email 3 days later that my package has been destroyed then offered 40% refund of 50% store credit. Unacceptable and unforgivable.

I ordered from Vencano and when I got my package it was left on my doorstep opened and damaged and only 3 items were in there when I ordered 6. That was in June 2022 and I have been going back and forth with this company to refund my money for the 3 items I did not receive. I have yet to get my money back and they are being very uncooperative. I really like their clothing but that will be the last time I ever order from them.

Last minute I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding I'm attending.
After I placed my order I read the online reviews and I was concerned by what I read since this was the first time I ordered dresses from Vencano.
Not only did the dresses come in record time, they looked exactly the same as they looked on the website. Beautiful colors. Nicely made. Quality fabric. True to size. I couldn't be happier.
I plan to do more business with Vencano!

I would like to give no stars but don't have a choice. This company makes cheap clothes like wish! The reviews on what I bought was not core t or I got the bare and switch because the overalls I got look nothing at all like the picture on their site and the material is super thin and not even Jean material. It has not belt as pic showed on site and it's not form fitting or more slender legs. It has wide legs.

I ordered two dresses from vencano and only received one dress. They kept telling me lies that the dress would be delivered. I asked for a refund which never happened. Don't waste your money with this crooked company

NOTHING I ordered was even CLOSE to what was pictured on their website. See photos below. Very cheaply made, poor fabric quality. They told me that one item in my shipment was out of stock, but never took off any money. I followed their return policy to the T, and was told I'd waited too late. NOT ONE DIME was refunded. I have email after email to prove that this was not the case. BUYER BEWARE!

Wow, I'm so surprised by all of the bad reviews... I had no idea. I guess I got lucky because I really like my shirts. Two of them are great and one is just okay... The fabric is cotton blend, not shiny, on the two favorites... the other one is okay but the color is more orange than pink as it was supposed to be. But that one cost less than $8... I only paid $11 for shipping for all three... tracked them all the way and they didn't take too long, maybe 2 weeks. So I'm pretty happy.

My order took 2 months to get to me. Once received, I no longer needed it as it was for a gift. I returned it on my own dime and they said they never received it. Unfortunatley I thought I had got tracking, but I didn't. I did however provide them the receipt showing that I returned it to their facility. I ordered in November 2020 and I'm still fighting for a refund of $125.

I ordered two dresses it took a month for them to reach the US. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I received an email saying the shipper couldn't navigate the security gate. NO further delivery attempts, they just sent the dresses back to China! I couldn't get in touch with the shipper because no contact or even the name of the shipping company is given. The link for their customer service was down for several days so my emails wouldn't go through. Never again!

Wish I'd checked the reviews first! Dress arrived very quickly but looks nothing like advertised. Sent an email saying I wanted to return but when I try and log in it says my email does not exist, and they replied with your dress is still in transit. There is no customer service number to contact at all. I've tried emailing them again but had no reply. Just save your money and use a reputable company with good review and customer service.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM! I ordered something - it's been months. They think you'll forget about it.
When asked for a refund - they approved a FULL refund, but only refunded me 1/2. Maybe they think I'll just forget about it - WRONG... warning everyone - this is a scam store -they need to be closed down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to give your money away.

I purchased 2 sweaters and then read the reviews and was super worried! I'm sorry so many people had a bad experience but I have no complaints, great communication from the company about a delay in delivery but still received sweaters by delivery date and received a 20% off coupon from them for the delay. Sweaters look exactly like pictured... will definitely be ordering from them again!

Placed order Jan 2020, it's Feb 20 and still no sign of dress. Asked for refund or send out another dress. Their response was to offer me free shipping on next order NOT HAPPENING! Save your money for a reliable company

Do not listen to the 5 star reviews, they're fake. If I could I would give it zero stars. I ordered on Jan. 16 of 2021 and I still have not received my order. It was worth $400. I looked up where they are located and they don't even have a direct location. There is no number you can call to. I looked up their number online and when I called it said that the number didn't exist. This entire thing is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I was never able to add the discount on muiltiable purchase, so I only bought two sweater dresses.
It was never clear as to when the ETA of my purchase was going to be.
I finally received them, beautiful comfortable, Worth the wait. :)

Cheap clothes- do not look like pics. Has a different address for "returns" but you have to customer service who never respond. Don't waste your money! It's no bargain! They really deserve a 0.

I bought a top on here 31st January which didn't arrive until mid March. They are now sending me 3 emails an hour, I've tried asking them to stop, blocking them & marking as spam but their emails are just flooding my inbox day in day out! What can I do? Someone help me

Note that there isn't an option for 0 stars, otherwise they would have gotten that. I ordered several items, all said would ship within 24 hours of purchasing. I paid extra for expedited shipping. 14 days later and my items still have not shipped. Can't cancel order so going to have to see if I can get my money back somehow!
