Claim Your BusinessA fun experience. I traveled to the Venetian in May and I look forward to coming back again. The promotional free nights definitely look appealing.
My family and I have vacationed at the Venetian for the last maybe 7or 8 years. We started a Grazie account at the recommendation of our casino host. We were advised that we could use one account to build points and we would book the rooms together (we take the whole family of 7). Last week we stayed at the Venetian and spent a lot of money gambling (about double the amount of the rooms and other amenities). To avoid comping us, the casino host now decides that they want everyone to have separate grazie cards, which would require each family member to book separate rooms. I understand that the Venetian lost money during Covid 19, but if you are going to change the rules, tell me when I book and ask. It would be pointless for 4 adults to have four separate cards and book 4 seperate rooms to get comps. That means if I book a room, the adult staying in the room with me can't get the grazie benefits unless they get their same room. Needless to say, we will be finding another hotel in Vegas. It was bad enough that nothing was ready on time, the maid service sucked and they stopped their Covid cleaning, but to try to skimp out on comps after booking with the casino host. That was the bottom line for me.

Luxury w/the right touches. Super huge resort You'd get lost if they didn't have someone at every corner offering assistance. Front desk lobby unbelievable at checkout but again there's several employees with pads walking around lobby saying "express checkout"? And then will help you with checking out. They really mean it when they say they are there to please you

Tip for consumers:
When booking with a casino host, try to get details in writing. Their policy will change based on whether you are entitled to be comped. While this was never the case in the past, they now try to interpret the rules to be sure that they don't have to comp.
