Order placed December 2,2019. I never received my items and I continue to reach out to resolve the issue. This company is an absolute scam with no customer service whatsoever. I try to follow up at least once a month and am now trying to report this company to the BBB because the service they are running is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. By the looks of other reviews, many other people have had the same issue of spending money with no product in return. SHAME ON YOU!

I try to follow up at least once a month and am now trying to report this company to the BBB because the service they are running is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I ordered from Japan and was so excited, but ended up knowing I never got product and just taken my money away.

I am so disappointed that I could never got what I ordered and paid for. Even worse, I had to email them over and over and ask same questions because they reply me back with no solutions.

It's been 5 months since I placed order. Since I noticed it was taking forever with the product delivered and even never got email regarding shipping, I tried asking them to track my order, with providing my address information/ order/ payment record (3 times) but bore no fruit. I made first inquiry in June, and then July, and today, but all they did was to ask me give them my info and then no response.

I totally lost their reliability. At least I want my money back.

Summary is, they kinda scammed me.
I bought their Grand Gold Facile Hoops. I got them in the mail and immediately knew they were the wrong size once I opened them. I sent them an email with a picture of the hoops I received, next to a quarter for size reference. They emailed back saying they were the right size, and I could return it to double check. Fair enough, however when I measured the diameter of the hoops, the diameter came to around 15-20mm, which is very different from their site's measurement, which is 30mm. I emailed them about it again, stating the measurement says otherwise. I waited 5 days for a reply and they just told me to return them if I am unhappy. I replied stating it doesn't make sense if I had gotten the regular sized hoops (the website said the regulars were 25mm), and was wondering if I had repurchased it, would I have gotten the actual 30mm hoops? They then replied saying that the Grand Facile Hoops that I bought were supposed to be 25mm and the regular Facile Hoops were 18mm. Weird how they didn't mention that when I told them the first time that the hoops I got weren't 30mm like the site said. I proceeded to check the website again and saw that they changed their measurements on BOTH the Grand and regular Facile Hoops to 25mm and 18mm.
What makes this worse is that they had changed the measurements on their website AFTER the Grand Facile Hoops had sold out.
Luckily, I took a screenshot of their website before they changed the description.
Ventrone Chronicles was unreliable, and I have lost trust in them :( it's sad because their stuff is very cute.
If you are looking for websites with affordable quality jewelry, I would recommend looking elsewhere :/

Just be mindful of the descriptions.

In November 2017, I placed an order for 2 necklaces. Shortly after, i received an email asking to confirm my postal address, which I did. I attempted to chase up my order in December by email- no reply. In January 2018, I attempted to message through the instagram page where I was redirected to email- by now I was fed up with having my order pushed aside but they finally replied saying that "emails were not being received on both ends and it seems as though USPS has misplaced the order". Which is strange given I never received a tracking number or an email confirming shipping. All they said was that they had not received a resolution from USPS and would update me once they hear back. I emailed in March, very frustrated by the lack of communication. It was 5 months since i placed my order and it is their responsibility to follow up with UPS and update the customers on jewellery that they're supposed to provide. They replied saying it can take up to months for USPS to reply, did they expect me to wait for that long?! They finally agreed to send me a replacement package. And they sent me the wrong order! I emailed as soon as i received the package in April and have not heard back since.

It's disappointing as I'm all for supporting these young female entrepreneurs * and the designs are creative and trendy. I'm sad to say it seems as though they lack the maturity to deal with the business side of things- their terrible customer service (only replying to emails when it suits them and having no other point of contact) and the lack of transparent policies and terms on their website (shipping and returns).

The designs of the jewellery is cute but also overpriced for the quality. The fine golden hoops are pliable (you can bend them out of shape with your fingers) and the gold discolours quite quickly. I'd rather spend more money for better quality jewellery and proper customer service.
