All of my holiday shopping was done months ago, thanks to venue.com. They have a great selection of items like jewelry and computers. You can find something for anyone. The best thing is their financing options. You can spread out the payments to fit your monthly budget.
I placed an order on May 14,2022, the item is/was out of stock. My order was canceled on May 21,2022 and I was supposed to receive a refund within 3-5 business days. It is now June 27,2022. I am still waiting to receive either my order or my refund. It a shame that I cannot leave a lower rating!

Besides good prices, and brand name merchandise, what I really appreciate about shopping at Venue Premium Marketplace, is that you can have four interest-free payments on your purchases if you choose. It makes for a great customer experience.

When I got my delivery for the chaise I ordered, I could see the box was damaged. I got in touch with customer service right away and they walked me through the return policy. I was refunded in just a few days and was able to get the original chair, undamaged, sent out. Great service!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, Rebecca. Upon further investigation, we found out that there was an internal error after we processed the refund back to your original payment method on May 21,2022. Our system engineers have already fixed this issue and resubmitted a request to issue a full refund. It will be credited to your account within three to five business days.

Venue Premium Marketplace has really great customer service representatives. My item didn't arrive at the time it was scheduled to arrive. I called customer service and my representative was eager to help locate my package and reschedule the delivery.
