I have insomnia but not with this bed. I sleep better now than I have in so many years!! I will recommend this to any Jody I know. It is good to know there is a business like yours who do exactly what they promise! Well done and thank you! Also, Carmella was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She answered our questions and ultimately got us to the bed we have now. It is perfect and so is she!! Suggestion: Absolutely NOTHING!
The Verlo mattress is not for me. Maybe one of you may want it as it is not for me. It less than a year old. I want to get rid of it, it's always been covered, I will sell it for half of what I paid for it. Please contact me to discuss further.
For the amount we paid you should send us a back up remote

Suggestion: The flipping issue. I have been sleeping at the end of the bed and not sleeping as well. I can not easily flip the mattress.

My wife says her lower back feels great but she still has discomfort in her lower back.
Suggestion: My need to make an adjustment to dial it in just right. Customer service, (Evan), has been great to date.
Suggestion: The design pattern when the sheets are off (for wash or whatever), but who really cares since the sheets are on all of the time!
We love the mechanism that lifts your head and have less acid reflux as a result.
No changes I was told the lights would be on my base. Never got installed

Keep up the good work. By the way, I would send anyone looking for a mattress to Mr. Brylow at the Layton Ave. store in Milwaukee, WI. He is a very good sales rep for Verlo.
Suggestion: So far nothing. I think I may return to the store, lay down on other sample mattresses with the wife, and see if we want to tweak our purchase to that "perfect" feel. Verlo is the only mattress company Iv'e ever heard of that has this type of option.
I am sleeping ok, but I believe the mattress is not firm enough. So because of that, I am not sleeping any better than my old mattress.
Suggestion: The mattress is very firm on each side, but not firm enough in the middle.

It's really been a change. I am more comfortable since I can change the position of the mattress to meet my needs.
