This company/website is a scam! Ordered goods that were never delivered money has been taken from my bank. No response from their phone number or email. Owner of address they have listed on their invoices confirmed they do not trade at that property.

This is definitely a case of buy cheap buy twice. I used this website because it offered the cheapest price on a parlux hairdryer. Unfortunately it never arrived and I had to raise a PayPal dispute to get a refund. The company first lied about the refund saying it had already been processed. When I raised the dispute with PayPal the refund was issued immediately so it was clear that they had been lying when saying it had already been done. They then lied further by putting a note on the refund to say that they had told me it was in the middle of being processed. They also said I was rude which I wasn't, they were rude first and I then merely stated a fact which was that I believed they were lying about the refund. As it turned out I was right. I wouldn't go near this website if you want to actually receive goods. They claim my product was lost by Royal Mail but couldn't supply any tracking details so I suspect they just never sent it.
