I love the selection of hats and military gear. My boys went on a camping retreat with our church and I ordered camping gear, flashlights, backpacks from vetfriends.com. I waited until a week before to decide to order (after looking all over for these items not being able to find them) so i was kind of nervous about getting them on time. Everything came on time and we were satisfied with all the items. I will definitely be ordering again

They auto renew and make it very difficult to cancel. There is no real value to the service. The web site showed up as "dangerous / nor verified" from my Google Chrome again this morning (3rd time).
This is typically a site that preys on veterans, I hope a federal investigation will be done, this is absolute shameful, shame you on you, what a disgrace

The customer service was friendly & helpful, very easy locating merchandise, Comfortable apparel. I think I'm in love very great store for me to get everything I need for my husbands military job! And it's actually a peaceful place for conversation and leaves opportunities for Vets to reconnect!

I found it easy to order what I wanted. I did the payment for the items I ordered and they were shipped by the company. I am currently wearing them proudly after receiving them. what I wanted paid for my items and they shipped them.got them and now i'm wearing them with pride
Very disappointed in the customer service from this company and the quality of the product. Shirt is advertised as Black but came in a greenish-grey color. When I called to have it replaced I was told, "that's the color it comes in, if you don't like it, return it." Then they proceeded to tell me they would only refund the price of the item and original shipping and I would have to pay to return item. This is poor customer service. If they would advertise the color correctly I wouldn't have to return it!
I bought my uncle veteran hat for Christmas and it's quality was great! It made for a great gift, not to mention it shipped in no time. I'm very pleased.
Ordered a pin to replace one I lost. It arrived on time, packaged perfect. You can't ask from more. This will be my go to company for my military items.
I ordered 2 items and upon receiving them only 1 item was correct. The shirt I ordered was 2 sizes too big and the insignia was completely wrong. Upon contacting them it took 2 weeks to find out how to send it back. Communication was horrible. The first person I spoke with said she would send me a prepaid shipping label to return the shirt since they sent the wrong item. After a full week and several phone calls (could only leave a message) and emails, I finally received an email from the customer service manager who talked down to me and was very rude. Another few days went by, finally I just sent the shirt back to them with tracking and hoped for the best. It arrived there on Friday, I got an email the following Tuesday that she had processed my refund but would do nothing about the $10 postage.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially a veteran! Horrible people! Avoid them!

Do not use them! If there is a problem you will be put through the wringer trying to get it resolved. Also, as soon as you sign up to order you will be bombarded with emails to order more items. I have received 8 -12 emails every day since I first placed my order. Horrible people to do business with in every way!! Avoid!!!!

I created an account ($9.97 monthly) to help my daughter find her father. When it came time to closed my VF account, I sent an email to *******@vetfriends.com asking that my account be closed. When they didn't respond via email, I called their customer number *******618 but, had to leave a voicemail due to high volume of calls. That was a month ago! I've had to contact my bank to dispute the charges (since August 2021). VF refused to give a refund and had the audacity to charge my credit again, after my dispute! I had to contact my bank again to dispute this latest charge, and cancel my credit card to stop VF from continuing to charge me.

Contact your bank because they won't stop charging your account when you want to cancel your membership.

These dog tags are not authentic very small and poorly made very thin. I would not recommend them to anyone. Looks like they are some kind of toy

Ordered a keychain from this company and after 5 days it did not ship. I ordered the same product from another company and it shipped the next day so I contacted vetfriends to cancel my order. After twelve phone calls and two emails in 4 days I finally had to contact the BBB. They always seem to make it the customers fault even though they have very very poor customer service. Through the BBB they said this item was no longer in stock but never contacted me. So buyer beware

In the past I have been satisfied with my purchases however this time I ordered two shirts, a hat and only recently got an e-mail telling me it may be 1-2 weeks before they are shipped. What is worse is just after I got my e-mail receipt I noticed I ordered the wrong size on one and promptly e-mailed a detailed letter to customer support requesting a change on the order. I have received nothing on that. I did however get an e-mail from customer support regarding a poor review I gave them. Multiple enquiries to customer support gets you zero. Forget calling them, you wait forever and they drop you in voice mail.
Ordered a military patch. When I completed the order, the patch changed to a different one. Tried to call the company to tell them what happened. No one answered the phone. Tried for three days to get someone to answer the phone or call me back. Finally sent an email. They basically said 'to bad'. They sent me the wrong patch and said that I could return it at my expense for store credit. Will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a hat and Vietnam bracelet for my uncle. I received his items within a week, he loves them! Will definitely shop with them again
When I installed my new license plate frame, I noticed the part that was glued on to the frame was already separating from the frame. I wrote to VetFriends and got a standard "We'll get back to you in a few days" reply. They didn't so after a few weeks I wrote again and got the same canned message and NO reply. That makes it zero for two. There are other sources to buy veteran's items and that's where I'll do my future shopping. Never again with this company.
In looking into your order, I see two of our Customer Service agents responded to your issue. One responded via email and asked you to send a picture of your damaged frame to get a replacement frame shipped out to you immediately, there was no reply to our email to you. You emailed on 7/16 and were responded to on 7/17. You may want to check your spam or trash to see if the email was blocked. We may not be perfect, but we do not ignore our customers. To jump to that conclusion, doesn't give us the chance to correct the situation.
As the emailed response stated, we do apologize for the inconvenience. We have a sublimation department that makes the frames and with using humans, sometimes you run into human error. If you would like a quick replacement. Please send us a photo of the defect to support@vetfriends.com.
I ordered a C-130 Air Force Cap on September 8,2017, September 23,2017 still no cap. Will not answer telephone, it says "leave message" but don't hold your breath.! Sent 2 emails, they said give them 2 business days. Well, that's long past. So at this point, made a complaint to Better Business Bureau in Columbia. Now lets see if they get back to me. End result.? If you don't want to end up like me, and you are a veteran, spend your hard earned cash with a company who cares for you. I think I just lost my money. They are well "cloaked."
Purchased two pins. Haven't seen SNAFU in a long time! Spent 13 months in NHA TRANG. Was surprised to find that pin in production. Great prices, excellent service.

Ordered 3 hats 2 weeks ago. Still not shipped and still in "Under Processing" status. No way to call because no one answers. 3 emails sent and no response. Do NOT waste your money. $60 that I'll never get back! Sucks because the last orders went well! Lesson learned!
When you placed your order and received your receipt of the order via email, it did tell you to allow extra time for your package to ship as we are a small facility and we are trying to practice social distancing to protect our workers. You would have also received an email on the first of July telling you that your package has shipped. We are not able to answer all of our calls or emails as quickly as we usually do as we are trying to practice social distancing in our Customer Service office as well. By now your package would have been received.
