Highly disappointed by their service and customer support. It's been almost 4 weeks that I am waiting for reimbursement of my amount which I paid extra ($93.36). The extra amount I paid was not because of my fault but due to their negligence that a company which does not ship to my country was shown as a method of shipping. They said that will reimburse the amount within 3-4 weeks, but they didn't. I have contacted them time and again but they only say that they have sent a follow up with accounting. Now they are not even replying to my emails. Highly unprofessional and unethical staff. A bunch of thieves who steal customers money. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.

I have several shipments pending from their end and they have never shipped them even after paying the shipping fee. It is impossible to contact them neither by email, their webpage or by phone
Be very careful.
I hope the Police of Portland started an investigation about this company fraudulent practices.

Needed few things from a merchant in the States & I did lot of research on forwarding companies before I decided to go with Viabox.
They don't charge any subscription or service fees like other forwarding companies & they've been around for years it seems which made my decision quite easy.
Overall, Viabox turned a daunting task of buying few things from the States in to a painless one. The entire process took less than 7 days in total. Viabox really came through with this one.
On my last shipment, VIABOX overcharged for shipping (13 lbs). Actual shipping weight was 6 lbs. Be aware.

I have used Viabox for the past two years and can confidently say the service is excellent.
Notification of parcel received to pick up by carriers is prompt plus costing is competitive.
I had a issue with my last parcel and to Viaboxes credit they investigated sand sorted the issue plus despatched within a day of my raising my concern.
I highly recommend their service.
I had my first package arrive at their facility in mid December 2020. I immediately went on their website and followed the procedures and was quoted and paid an enormous amount of money to have the item shipped to me in Canada. They said the item would be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. I kept checking back and nothing was happening. Their customer service was not helpful or very responsive and when the did respond they were making excuses that made no sense for a logistics company. Unfortunately I had more items on route to that facility that arrived in early January. I then tried to work with them to put all my items in one shipment. They actually charged me another enormous fee and double charged for the first shipment again. After more tome of conistantly contacting them, these shipments did not leave the warehouse either. They had promised a credit for the double charge and that too never happened. Feeling completely helpless, believing that I've been scammed out of thousands of dollars in shipping fees and that my items were likely stolen, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. The credit card company has refunded my money for the shipping fees but I still have thousands of dollars of Items sitting in this facility that I do not know how to get. I have contacted the Portland Police Department as well. Waiting on a reply. This is clearly a scam and you need to avoid. There are some reviews online that say they are good and deliver but I believe those are fake reviews. How is it possible that A logistics company, in the business of shipping, cannot get these items redirected in a reasonable timeframe. This is been an absolutely horrific experience and extremely costly for my family.

I watched an unboxing review on Youtube & they mentioned that they used this service so I decided to try it myself.
I'm on my 5th or 6th shipment now ( I lost count) and so far I've been happy with their service.
I opened up an account when I bought a cd to post to the uk the cheapest quoted option was around $20 when the item was in my locked the cost to post was actually $80 shocking when I complained they said its the carriers fault AVOID
This is the third time I ship with Viabox & I have received my package without any issues.
Their customer support team was always very helpful
I never had any difficulties reaching them.

This company is a scam. I ordered a couple of creams. Package should be light and small. First package shipping estimate was $66. I sent them an email and asked them to repackage my box into a smaller box. So supposedly they did... funny... the lowest shipping cost was still $66 with a carrier that I have never even heard of. Of course I read these reviews after I paid for the crazy shipping rate. All I can hope is that I actually get my package. This company is a joke. How do they continue to get away with ripping people off. You can't even leave a review on their site... hmmmm... wonder why! Stay away people. Scam!

I had to contact the police to get my items and money back. If you trust the "positive" reviews then you are a fool and clearly its been writen by the terrible company itself. Even better business bureau warns people to stay away but it was too late fpr me to see their review. Lots of headaches and time wasted
Terrible viabox wasted my time - in the end was 2-3 x more expensive than quoted and i even had to discard my purchase as even domestic delivery in US was the cost of the vitamin bottle - why would i pay 40-70 USD to ship a bottle that is worth 23? - better going elsewhere
I used this service few times for the last 3 or 4 years and I never had an issue with them, except for occasional delays around the holidays which is really out of their hands since they're different than the shipping carriers
Quick, fast and easy but really expensive! A small box that should have cost US$50 usps was US$123 via ups. It was quick but I would have definitely be willing to wait another week for US$70.

J'ai acheté 6 petites montres d'occasionsqui ne fonctionnent pas, juste pour les pièces. Je me suis fait livré danseur entrepôt à Portland. Après réception des 6 montres. Viabox m'a réclamé plus de 180$ de frais d'envoi. Alors que le total des 6 montres vaut à peine 30$. J'ai payé 3x fois cher les frais d'envoi.
Faite attention à vous, car vous ne savez jamais exactement combien vous aller payer de frais de port à l'avance. Ils ont un simulateur de prix, mais il vous donne de faux montant.
Donc quand vos colis arrive chez Viabox vous ne pouvez plus faire marche arrière.

I have been using Viabox since 2016 and so far everything works as expected.
I like the fact that they don't charge a monthly subscription fee like the majority of other forwarding companies. You only pay for the shipping fees.
I made the mistake of not reading these reviews. I live in Mexico and ordered two pair of sandals from a company in the states tht does ship here. So i had them sent to ViaBox. They never tell you their rates until they have your mechandise and they wanted around $130 to send mw two pair of sandals I bought on sale for $36. I told them to keep them and donate the to a worthy cause. BEWARE. They could have sent the shoes to me via USPS and while it would have taken a while, they would have gottten here.

The packaging was very professional & secure. I will be using them again for sure.
I ordered some t-shirts from eBay US and had them shipped to Germany via Viabox. There was some initial confusion about my Bitcoin payment, but their customer service quickly helped out and the shipment has now arrived as expected with all items in good condition. Pretty fast, too, even though I chose the cheapest shipping carrier.
So I can happily recommend Viabox and will probably use it again!
Viabox cheated me, i paid 350$US to ship the item to me in 9 days, they shipped it to me in 60 days instead (where they told me it was shipped with the fast shipping, later i found that they shipped it with regular shipping for the charge of 30US$ and lied to me telling me it was shipped with the fastest shipping for the charge of 350$US)
So i paid the 350$ for the service of 30$. When i complained, they never supported me and they were giving deferent excuse every time, leading a big loss for me.
