We were very happy with the dress my daughter ordered for prom. The service department was very helpful when it came to making it with her measurements. The dress fit her perfectly! They were kind enough to email us before they started making the dress to make sure we didn't have any changes. One think I had didn't take into account was her height. They made the adjustment and it fit her so well. We will definitely order dresses from here in the future! Thank you for making her night so special!

I ordered an expensive dress from this company. When it arrived it looked completely different than the online photo. The dress was cheap poor quality and unwearable. When I eventually got the company to give me the address to post it back to I posted it on the 8th June. They just keep saying they didn't receive it and refuse to refund me. This company is a complete scam. Do not get caught out by them.

Where do I even start? Decided to order a gown off these people for a bridesmaid dress. Sent in custom measurements so was assuming there would be no issue with sizing. The one (low quality) image of the dress on the website clearly shows there is no train on the dress, however when it was received, there was at least a 2m train. I instantly emailed their customer service and explained that as per their website, I would be entitled to compensation as I would need to get the dress altered. I received no response to this email, nor to any of the chat conversations I attempted to start. After getting the dress altered, I sent them another email to which they replied instantly, telling me that they couldn't do anything because I hadn't contacting them within 7 days of receiving the dress. Appalling customer service and misleading website info, would give 0 stars if possible.

I ordered my prom dress from this site about 2 months ago and it came exactly when they said it would. I put my measurements in when I ordered it and the dress fits perfectly! All the gems are hand sewn and it's made to a really high standard, I was so pleased with it I cried! I've seen a lot of bad reviews but I have no idea why because mine is perfect!

My dress arrived on the right date (about 3 weeks after I ordered) I was emailed all the way through as I had made a mistake with my measurements so they let me know and changed it for me! If I had any questions they were answered in a few hours! The tracking was good as well as it said exactly where my dress was and when it arrived it fitted perfectly and the material was very good as well! And they even included a necklace which I could wear with the dress! I would defonately highly recommend this website! Very very pleased

They steal other designers's pictures from social media that they post of their job and claim it as their own. This is why the pieces you received aren't identical to the ones they show online. STAY AWAY!

Please please do not order anything from these people. Their work is terrible. They refused a return despite their policy. Their customer service is terrible also. Please please please do not order from them.

I am from a rural area in the USA. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of these dresses. I bought 4 different dresses from them. I had problems finding a dress from other places due to having odd measurements. I never had a problem with the dresses fitting I went a little small on the bust to make sure it was tight. They biggest problems that I had were the coloring and time it takes to ship. The picture of the dress color is very different. However, they do say to expect that. I enjoyed shopping with them and as long as I didn't have my heart set on the color I would shop here again.

Worse company in the world. Clothes nothing like the website pictures, cannot get refunds just 20%. Funny how all the reviews are old but this is 2019 and they are still in business ripping people off. If Chinese, karma will get them ying and yang.

Two bridesmaids and I purchased this dress for a wedding. I ordered the dress 4 sizes too big so that if alterations were needed, they could easily be made. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture on their website. It did not fit at all. The neckline was different than what was pictured and one sleeve was longer than the other. They do not respond to emails except to ask for a picture of me in the dress. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Complete waste of money. Terrible dress, looks nothing like the photo, and not made well at all, holes, chopped lace, crooked bodice, baggy arms, looks nothing like the photo.
They emailed me that they "suggested I overlook the tiny mistakes!" REALLY? Money down the drain, looking to blast them on social media and the internet as well until my money is refunded for their fraudulent sweat shop activity!

The dress we received looked nothing like the photo of the dress on the Queen of Victoria website. It is a poor replication, like a costume with gaudy beads and poor fabric. The dress is garish. They will not give a full refund, and it is upsetting because this is not the dress we ordered AT ALL from the photo on their website. I found out the photos they use on their website were illegally taken from the American designer Sherri Hill, so I advise going directly with a known designer, or a store bought dress. You think you might be saving money using Queen of Victoria, but you won't. It will only be headache after headache in the long run. You will pay for a dress that you can't wear, and you won't get your money back. Also, they will not respond to you. The first and second photos uploaded are the ones on the Queen of Victoria website of the dress we thought we were getting. Since then, we have learned these are not their photos or dress design, they illegally took the first two photos from Sherri Hill. The third photo is the horrible dress we received from Queen of Victoria. We were shocked and so dissapointed. The dress is unwearable. The fourth photo shows how different the fabric is from the original photo! Buyer beware!

Do not buy dresses from this website. I ordered a dress and I emailed them, clearly specifying what I required in colour (I said I needed a colour a shade lighter or darker then burgundy if they had it). They responded with some colour samples and assured me that the #34 wine colour would suit. The dress arrived some weeks later and the colour was very wrong.

Me, being a completely reasonable person, understood that there was perhaps a mistake made and notified them of this sending them images to show them the difference.

I think i am up to about 25 emails now and I don't think theyve even read one properly as they never answer any of my questions or address anything in my emails. It feels almost like a different person is replying each time. Most of the time they just send auto replies saying we will give you a 60% refund. At one stage they upped it to 70% but now they are back to the auto 60% emailed again. It is quite frustrating because i dont think that I should be losing money on a dress that was not made in the colour i requested or was shown to me.

Extremely poor customer service. I would implore anyone looking to buy a dress to not waste your money on this site, it is not worth your time and stress if something goes wrong because they have no interest in helping you.

I would also like to point out, the quality of the dress is also quite poor, they apparently made it to my measurements but the dress is extremely disproportionate. Given the type of website, I expected this would be the case as was willing to make adjustments however unfortunately colour can not be fixed.

They recommend that you order a 'custom sized' dress on their website. I provided my measurements (which I have provided to many sellers on etsy with no problem) and they sent me a dress that a) had a colour that looked nothing like the one in the photo; b) completely wrong measurements. In trying to return it, I am being told that they will only refund 60% of the dress and this is only after I send them multiple photos proving that they messed up the measurements! Completely unprofessional, a waste of money and absolutely not worth the risk! Stay away--look at the sellers on etsy instead, much better.

Nothing like the dress in the photo, I gave custom measurements, the dress did not fit at all and the tailor did not go by the measurements, material was cheap, jewels are very cheap looking, tailoring is bad, the dress was too long, didn't fit and would not even zip. I took photos of the dress on my daughter and the reply was that they made it right and go get it fixed at a local tailor. Do not spend any money with this company. This chinese company makes a very bad bad copy.

Victoria's dress are beautiful designed dresses, i got mine from here, and it was a ballgown dress, they kept me up to date and asked if they were not sure of anything though Email, my prom is going to be amazing now, the dress came in time, it did have a few thing different but it was still perfect and i am very happy with my purchase.

We had a terrible experience with the Queen of Victoria company. The dress we bought was different to the picture in terms of colour, look and sizing. We have attempted to get a refund but have been waiting over a month. They are shocking with communication and are based in China. This makes it very difficult to get any response. I don't normally ever write reviews but it was worth doing for this company to STOP ANYONE BUYING AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY. Please look elsewhere and avoid the hassle and money loss you will incur!

The dress was not the right size despite getting a professional to do the measurements. It was red rather than burgundy- very different from the picture.
The worse part about it, was that they have said they would provide us with a 70% refund but have yet to send through the refund- despite it being over 5 weeks since we put in the complaint and sent back the dress.
This company is a scam- do NOT purchase from here and save yourself the headache.

The dress is BEAUTIFUL! I got the sky blue color size 2. Its exactly what ive been looking for and shipping was fast. The only thing is the train was a little bit to long other than that its a wonderful dress. I wasn't sure what to expect ordering online, but couldn't have asked for better. I will be ordering again.

I am in a wedding and the bride had me and the other 4 bridesmaids order this dress. Mine was too small so I sent it back knowing I would only get an 80% refund. I reordered a larger size. When the dress arrived, it was a completely different dress, wrong color, wrong lace, wrong neckline. After comparing the dresses with the other bridesmaids, we discovered they are all TOTALLY different. Again, different lace, different cuts, different colors and vastly different lengths. We all ordered identical dresses. The company refuses to address this issue despite numerous emails. There is also no phone number to contact. So, I guess we are stuck with the dresses.
To make matters worse, they are refusing to give me a refund for the original dress. So, so angry!

I wish I should have looked up this site before I ordered. I ordered two dresses for my daughter with the same measurements and the dresses showed up one 3 inches too short and the other, 10 inches too long. The quality was horrible and the customer service refused to give me a partial refund even thought my daughter could not wear either of the dresses. I sent them pictures as well. TOTAL SCAM!

My story is the same as all the others... Saw a picture of a beautiful high quality dress on their website. Paid $25 to get it shipped to us, upon arrival it looked like a 5 yr olds play dress. Very low quality material and looked ridiculous on my daughter. I emailed them explaining my dissatisfaction. They asked for pics of the dress and then just sited me quotes from their return policy. When I pushed further they came back with stupid comments like "I hope you will keep the dress, thanks for your understanding". Not sure what they are talking about because I certainly don't understand! After I continued on with my emails they offered to refund me a whole $5 back... not sure how that helps. I am going to check into the charge back on my visa that some one suggested. If you order from here just know it's a big risk and if you don't like it you are stuck with it! Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.
