It was an enjoyable but nerve-racking experience since I didn't know to trust viralpow and had heard bad things about it. In the end it turned out great. They were honest, the price low and the product was delivered on time as promised and in good condition on the agreed or projected day of delivery. It was exactly as depicted in the picture, too. So overall a good, safe, secure, trustworthy experience.

Ordered mask 2 months ago and still haven't received my mask. Haven't had any luck with when it might arrive. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't purchase anything else from them.

Excellent Service! Staff was very helpful and friendlyOrdered a tee shirt for my sons birthday over a month ago. I gave time because of current climate however to ask customer services a simple question via email on where a bouts of tee shirt after so long I don't think unreasonable only to be ignored! I think their works uniforms are black and white stripy jumpers and masks! Do not use! Common courtesy goes a long way!

I am very happy to shop with a Navy Veteran... my beloved was Navy. He's been promoted to Jesus but his body is buried in Fayetteville National Cemetery! Praise God! I would like to make a suggestion though. I would love to see some T-shirts about us being spiritual warriors for Jesus! I waited 3 months to receive my order and then it would NOT even fit my child!
Was told to send it back to CHINA at my own expense in order to receive a refund.
It's been over 2 months now and PayPal is refusing to help with my refund!

Great! As someone in the marketing industry, my only suggestion I could offer would be to streamline your marketing platform. Invest a little less into the numerous promo codes and such, have one shipping price per order (we all know you overcharge on shipping for more than one shirts), or have a discount program for multiple shirtsthat go to multiple addresses and such. Also, invest a little bit more into social media marketing (I can help you out!) and PPC ads on Instagram.

I really enjoy shopping with them, your items are mostly unique. Only wish not so expensive, however I manage to spend money! Live on fixed income. Your buyers do a lovely job. Have a blue coat in bag waiting to be further reduced, that would help if wanted items in bag for long time would still be more affordable. Overall, love it all and thank you. Cheers!

I saw a lot of negative reviews. Almost makes me wonder if they were posted by competitors since the Dr Martens boots I ordered for my girlfriend were brand new and perfect. From what I can tell, they are just selling previous years version of shoes. Box was stamped with a manufacture date of 2015. But what normal person would care about that? Still Brand new! Shipping was as promised and on time. Will definitely do more business with them.

Painless Transaction
Just received my first ViralPow delivery and couldn't be happier. Quality and price were excellent. Items look exactly like what you see on the site. My only issue was with the time it took for my items to arrive. With the current covid situation I knew I would be waiting a little longer than normal but I sent an email to them with concern. The only positive reviews are from employees or bots or someone writing fake reviews. Ordered masks and never received them. Good job soon you will be on American Greed.
