Viral Tech Masks

I purchased 6 masks from this group back in mid March 2020 - long story short we received it early July. A company that keeps giving empty promises. Once payment has been made, they tell you that all shipment is out of their control, as it's all being sent from China. After several emails and weeks later I asked for a refund. Their solution to that was for me to wait until I have received the masks, take a picture, sent it back; and then a refund will be issued with a surcharge of 5% cancellation fee. The website is also off and on, certain times I would go there to check for delivery updates and it would be down for maintenance. The quality of the masks? Sounds great on paper, don't know if I would trust it, even with the carbon filter. You can get the exact same masks on Amazon etc. For a lot less money. ~$170aud for 6 masks and 10 filters, I feel like an idiot even considering to pay that much. What's worse is I told friends at the time and now they're out of pocket too. Please do yourselves a favour and buy from someone who would at least have an address or contact info on their website. I just wished I saw reviews about this company before making my purchase. It genuinely felt like a scam. By the way, I would give them 0 stars if I could.
