“Not so bad”

Well, we all know that VA is pretty cheap and there's no food, no water, no nothing on the plane and you have to bring them yourself. I remembered that once I went to Thailand and I bought a ticket of VA. It was a long-time flight and you can't drink nothing. But you know that you can't bring liquid over 50ml on plane, so I almost take 6 bottles and all of them are like, super small bottles. But still, the crew is friendly and professional enough. And the tickets are cheap. I think it's enough for me.

“Don't Fly Virgin America: Horrible Customer Service To Person With Medical Issue”

Rick R.
6/8/17

Virgin America may be the worst airline, ever. Our daughter, who has a nut allergy, called the airline to tell them about her allergy. When told they will serve peanuts despite her allergy, she was transferred to a supervisor, Don, who told her that they would not refund her ticket and that "yes, they were willing to jeopardize her life to serve peanuts". Wow. Interesting that Southwest treats Nut allergies as a disability and will not serve peanuts on their planes if a person tells them they have a nut allergy. United has stopped serving nuts on all flights. Can't believe that an employee would say that to a person. Can't believe they won't refund ticket.

I love flying with them, I actually only prefer to fly with them. Purchasing tickets is easy, especially when your a elevate member. The flight attendants are always really nice, the flights are nice, and the check in and out is really easy! I wish they would make an app for smart phones but besides that everything is awesome! Very geared towards millennials. :)

I have been their client for a while and really like how the service is going. The tickets are easy to purchase and there are always some discount programs depending on the place and time you are going - great opportunity to travel and discover new places!

We have great experience with Virgin Airlines. They are very clean, seat are comfortable. I wish they do have service fly from Orange county airport so we don't have to go to LAX.

Virgin America, in my opinion, is by far the best US domestic airline. The entire flight feels great - everything from the way the plane looks, to the awesome flight attendants, to the Method hand soap in the bathrooms, to the low-cost wifi and laptop plugs in coach, to the entertaining security video (I actually watch it). And the great thing is, it costs basically the same as the other major carriers. Got to love it.

Indian customer service agents who do NOT speak English, Spanish, or French --- OK I got 3 languages -- well, 2 and a half cuz my French is lousy -- but even with 2 and a half languages I can NOT reserve a flight!?!?!?!

Here's a CRAZY idea, but if you want to sell products or services in the USA, how about trying ENGLISH!

Sad to see this sort of problem at a company that used to be so AMAZING at customer service --- WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO VIRGIN?:-(
