Virgin Hospitality services is a cheater they took 2500aed from my husband not giving the benefit or money. I paid money there on December 13,2019, for membership. Still, now they didn't send me a membership card. They told us we will give a refund on Feb 15,2020. But still, I am calling that people most of the time nobody is there to answer. I am in Dubai so people don't take any membership from these people they are a fraud. Be aware of this fraud people.

Virgin Hospitality services is a cheater they took 2500aed from my husband not giving the benefit or money. I paid money there on December 13,2019, for membership. VHS GCC ( VHS Marketing Services) is a big fraudulent company. I paid 8,000 dirhams for a package offered to me which included 4 air tickets to US, free hotel stay and many other things. I have been following up with them to book my air tickets and all that was promised and they have just been ignoring my calls and don't respond to any of my whatsapp messages, emails nor calls. They have not even sent me my membership card till date. Anyone else who have taken the membership please contact me on 00 971 50 5959 801 or *******@gmail.com

Be away from this scammer. I lost AED *******. Don't believe any of the alluring promises they do at the time of membership purchase. These will never be fulfilled. You will get absolutely nothing for what you paid. Even their payment slips and signatures are fake. Legally you will have no grounds to force these shameless scammers to fulfill what they promised.

Vhs is Fraud and scam don't trust this $#*!ty people, they took my 4000 aed not responding and blocked my number. Sooner or later will suffer this all $#*!s. Shame on you.

Hi
I was asked to visit in a hotel for their marketing promotion.
I didn't chose to buy as I was asked to make payment immediately.

They had promised me free dhow. Cruose vouchers even if I don't buy anything.

Now it's over 2 months I am. following up daily to get free vouchers as. Promised but no one is ever reverting to this. They keep on ignoring emails.

Please don't buy anything ever and save your money otherwise you will only waste your hard earned money. Be careful. Never purchase, never.

Don't lose your money.

If you are ever contacted by Virgin Hospitality, website virgingcc.ae, please be aware not to fall for this fraud company and fraud people. I made this mistake and have lost 12,000 Dhs 2 months ago. I have not received my membeship card as promised, nor any discounts that they promised for the members. Their discounted fares are much higher that the rate available on the airlines website and it is very difficult to get hold of the customer care / customer service/ travel coordinator or anybody for that matters once payment has been made.
They just give you false promises and after payment is taken, nothing happens, our money is gone.
I am lodging a complain to Dubai Police.

My name is VIJESH. I am a new member of Virgin hospitality has given a international holiday package membership purchased wide FGB bank Credit card receipt # ******* from Virgin Hospitality, Movenpick hotel, AL QUSAIS, DUBAI on by paying AED 8000 (partial amount) and now I feel the membership plan the company providing is fraud and SCAM from the very next day of purchase, Due to many contradictory elements to what the sales person has described to me before purchase. I later also came to know from many other members who have become victims.
It all started with a phone call I got from virgin saying you have won a free holiday voucher, 200 flight discount voucher and Dhow cruise voucher and I have to come and collect it from Movenpick, Al qusais. When I went there they told us to fill a form in which they took my personal details later then they started briefing with a membership plan with loads of offers, seemed like they will give us anything for money. During the briefing they asked all my financial details like credit limit, balance in the credit card and others, but I failed to realize these people are trapping us. They took more than 2.5 hrs to brief us loads of offers and were using all the information provided to carve a membership plan. They had all the tricks to trap us.
Payment in easy installments of 12 months or can extend to 24 months with zero process fee and zero charges. They told they have tie ups with FGB bank and once the payment is done they would take up with FGB bank to convert it in to installments.

Why are they giving false statements before purchase and trapping people?
They told before purchases that you can cancel or transfer the membership at any time and this is just an asset.

They told me Cancellation/ transfer are all their internal process and they will do it.
The moment I realized the trap the very next day I went to Movenpick office saying I want to cancel the membership as I started realizing I am in difficulty if I use the membership further and there I felt confirmed that they are conducting fraud activities. They started telling me I cannot cancel the membership but I can transfer the membership but I have to wait for 1 week until. Now I am waiting for one month I didnt recieved my money. They looted my money. Mr. Arif explain about the package their in the movenpick. They are another 3 family along with us. On that day another one guy also taken some plan from them. Please make sure check the genuineness of the company.

Please We are requesting to take action against this company to get my money back. This is a big amount for my family.

Please aware of virgin hospitality. Dont take any membership or package with this company.

VIRGIN IS A BIGGEST SCAM AND LOOTED MY MONEY!
