I would not recommend Visionary Web Designs to anyone. They are an unprofessional and unreliable company. I am very disappointed with the services they provided.

Visionary Web Designs or Astros Digital are a Scam Company name with no physical address using fake names and re routed numbers. Tbey will take your money and send you an unfinished template website and keep making promises for upto a year. They are being tracked down as we speak to identify the leaders through professional investigators

They use slick english speaking sales people in the UK to sell their services making websites and online marketing etc then they pass you onto the real scammers in India or Pakistan who then string you along without delivering anything.

They pledged to finish the job, and I paid in advance, eagerly anticipating the launch of my online business. However, now I'm stuck with an incomplete website and a sense of being deceived, with potential customers unable to access the services I envisioned. The impact on customer trust weighs heavily on me, as the betrayal is evident not only in the unfinished code but also in the lost opportunities and the struggle to salvage my online venture.

I requested ownership to my google my business page 3 times and they denied it. They make excuses and do not want to fix the problem, they for some reason basically stole my business and put it under their name and took ownership. I can no longer have access to my account Google my business page because they put their phone number on there. I'm very disappointed, they do not want to help at all.
Total disaster! Visionary Web Design is a sham. Incomplete website, broken forms, and deceitful tactics. They sold me a garbage server and greedily took the domain I wanted, then had the nerve to demand more money. Avoid these crooks!

They took my money and did not complete the basic website. They will get you started with less money so you commit. But, then they will ask for more money for everything including content, designs, photos, and every basic thing a website needs.
And finally, they did not even complete my website. The forms and contact was not working. They cheated me on a server sale by giving me the cheaper version. Also, they bought the domain I needed, and asked extra money for it.
Total scam, please avoid them.

Utterly Disappointed! AppDevWeb promised a stellar Portfolio Website, but the reality was bleak. Their sales team talked a big game, yet the progress was sluggish. They constantly hounded us for more meetings and expensive extras. Avoid at all costs!

I fell victim to Visionary Web Design's deception. They presented themselves as a reliable web design company, but in reality, they are far from it. I paid for their services and received nothing in return. No communication, no website, just silence and lost money. It's clear that Visionary Web Design is a fraudulent operation. Beware and steer

Literally had the worst experience. It was a waist of time and money. They don't do quality work and they don't communicate. It's not worth the time in any way shape or form. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

FRAUD STAY AWAY! FAKE My experience with this company has been exceptionally poor, the Customer Service, Communication, Poject Management and Web Development Competencies and attention to detail are not to a professional standard are very very poor so you will be highly disappointed!
I upgraded from the £1000 package to the £2.5K Delux package including hosting, security content and optimisation (SEO onsite & SERP with advertising, backing building for 6 months campaign) which cost over £5.2K, 9 months on and my site is incomplete (STRUCTURE CODING CONTENT etc.), the professional content does not exist as I had to write it over the 9 months, it is still riddled with errors, photos and videos not in the correct product sections etc. Trust Pilot and Payment gateways not integrated!
Visionary Web design refused to do the T&C's, Trading Terms and Privacy Statement/Policy which I had to provide even though these were in our SOP/Contract as they wanted extra fees included additional sums for adding a cookie policy BUTTON arguing it was new ePR & GDPR EU law although infact it was enacted over a year before our contract was initiated.
They are constantly pushing for advertising revenue using super hard sales tactics so "Buyer Be Aware!". If you pay with a credit card you can use a section 75 claim to put this company to rights and claim your money back from the credit card company.
I have checked the details on Companies House register and it was initially Slough UK based and is not on their register any longer. Also the St Martins Lane Holborn London address seems to be a shell company only. There are no directors listed on the site, no customer service line and it is impossible to speak to a senior director to resolve any issues.
The Customers Reviews have to be questionable as this is one if the worst offenders out there.
