I placed three back to back orders before Christmas with the prediction that one item would need to be exchanged. I emailed them and got a quick response. I explained that I thought something might need to be exchanged because I wasn't sure if my husband would like it, they sent me their exchange policies and I told them my purchase would not be opened in the time for the exchange policy to work and they gave me the impression that we could work something out. In the end I was unable to exchange what I bought even though I planned on spending more. On a more positive note, the two rings that I did keep looked great. I do plan on buying more from them and I do recommend their products!

Vitaly is AWFUL! I ordered earrings for $75.00 as a gift my boyfriend was so excited about. These earrings do not even fit in a regular piercing sized hole. As in, the gauge of the earrings is far too large. I tried them on, as did my friend and my mom. It wouldn't even come close to fitting in our earlobes. It is completely bizarre that these earrings have such a huge gauge with no information about the gauge listed on the website. I have never had this experience ordering earrings online before. Customer service would not answer any of my questions or even consider refunding me. Do not order earrings from Vitaly. They literally will not fit in your ears. Absolutely ridiculous.
