“Gender biased towards women at the expense of men”

I was satisfied with the service until they started sending emails that were gender biased towards women at the expense of men. I emailed them about it and contacted the owner via facebook, but did not receive a reply. Then they sent be another email gender biased towards women at the expense of men. I cancelled my account with them. I had been with them for years. Will never order from them again.

I wanted some information about a product (Carlson Fish Oil) before I ordered.

Over a period of three weeks, I called them five times during business hours but merely got their voicemail system. I left messages with my phone number three times. I haven't received any call-backs, and it's been three weeks since the first message I left.

I also used their web-page for submitting a Customer Service request three times over the same time span. Again, no response; not even an acknowledgement via email about the fact that I entered a customer service request.

With this obscene lack of response, there is no way that I'm going to trust them with an order or my payment information.

Either they have completely inadequate process management or inadequate system design or inadequate interest in quality control / customer service or all the above.

I don't want to give stars but I need to give 1 star or I won't be able to do the next step... I have placed my first order with Vitamart.ca and I am having a lot of problems. My order has been delayed. And today the parcel has delivery status but i don't get it And try to contact the store to report this problem. And they say they are not responsible for any problems that arise when the status says delivered.

>>> I paid the amount for this order. With amount: $561.63 CAD Now I've tried contacting Canadapost too, because the store has been indifferent to opening a dispute with Canadapost, so I'm on my own. So I would like to share this experience with others to know that the after sales service from Vitamart.ca is terrible. Because the shop doesn't help me when this problem arises. But I'll have to wait another 3 business days if Canadapost can't find my package. And the merchant is not responsible I would like to ask what to do in the next step. Or I will have to bring evidence from Canadapost for them to help me and take it to report and complaint to hold the merchant accountable in the next step. (But I hope within 3 business days I hope Canadapost will find the package and return it to me. Because it is a very high price that I paid. With amount: $561.63

And they are not responsible for the problem like they told me to contact Canadapost themselves and they are not responsible if I don't receive the package. A good store must take responsibility and provide good after-sales service to customers, not to say that they are not responsible for the problem, this is all they can do is let me contact Canadapost, all of this is a disappointment. And the mistakes I made shopping with Vitamart.ca

I requested information on products without a particular ingredient. They answered. I ordered. It arrived. Guess what! It contains the ingredient I specifically asked not to have.
