If you want top quality laminating machines, then I'd recommend Vivid hands down. I was told by a friend to give their services a try and I'm glad he did. They were incredibly helpful over the phone, directing me to exactly what I needed. The machine works wonderfully and I look forward to using it further.

On the plus side they sent the machine I purchased with next day delivery. Great. However, the guide on this brand new creasing machine is slightly out of alignment making it difficult to crease cards accurately. I phoned and spoke to someone in Customer Services who said she would pass the message on to the engineers who would phone me back. I didn't receive a phone-call so I emailed them via their online contact page explaining the problem. Two weeks later and I've still heard nothing. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.
