They took my money from me. I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago and have tried to contact them 4 times since then. Funny how fast they stopped replying to me once I asked to cancel the order. The reason I cancelled the part in the first place was because it was scheduled to be shipped in over 2 months!

When I opened my email to find out that I was refunded my money then found out they didn't have the rims! I had ordered tires after ordering the rims they won't take back the tires so they had to have 10" wide wheels so I picked a couple more out got a hold of them to find out don't have them. Well so I told them it had to be this size and this lug pattern they found me 4 - 5 wheels I looked at the pics only. 2 wheels fit what I could use when I told them. They said you can't put those on a Toyota I said I know I can I have front wheel spacers the back will work no problem. I already know I have to trim my front fender corners. Oh they still won't work well why did you send pics of them? And also 5 lug and 1 size bigger around pics? No answer I said I'm 47 years old have built 4wd and 2nd trucks along with a few cars from 13 years old up! I can look at it and tell you if it will work or if it won't I've done contacted the tire manufacturer they said I could get by on 9.5 rims but 10 was recommended. So I'll take these ones they will work and was told I would have to pay shipping to return them. I got them they didn't look like I had expected I wanted a deeper dish. They didn't say they just put longer holes for the lugs and leave the front out close with a hole in the middle bout 3 inches then holes around that bottom edge 2 more inches deep. I had my doubts but after on the truck I was ok with them they look good still not exactly me. But I get good comments now I seen were some one posted shady, sketchy or like a scam company. I did have issues getting a hold of them they did take there time getting back to me. My tires came from Indonesia they were about 10-12 days shipping the wheels made it here about 2 weeks after with a letter saying it would be 8-10 more days on my lug nuts to install them. Yeah wow this is about 1year into the Covid epidemic. So I was ok I had interior out of this vehicle was sound deadening so I manage to mount them myself while waiting for other stuff to dry and sent them two at a time with my bro to a place he passes every week got them balanced. Had the stereo in and most of the inside done when the lugs showed up took me 1week later after cleaning wheel wells out and painting to install. They wasted no time wanting pics of my truck to post and wanted to know why I hadn't got them on two days after getting the lugs then 3 more days e-mail again about pics then I sent them pics 8 days after lugs they messaged me 3 times wanting pics when they got them they went up over how good it looked. I even had to cut the frame horn the body mount sets on and weld a peace in it. But they don't hit the frame when cutting to turn they miss the fenders by 1/2 inch at the closes most the rest by 2-3 inches. They stick out by 2 inches but that's the look and the year 4Runner I have there is no aftermarket fender flares that stick out further. A few company's that can modify them but I could do it myself I git by on modified stickers with them like it so I'm cool with them. Now i could have got better service else were it was comfortable and catered to my every need I understood them to tell me they were a small out fit kinda a family and friends deal so I was cool with that it bothered me a good little bit but I dealt with it! They never ripped me off they told me it would take some time and that there was no one working to make new wheels. From the bull $#*! Covid so there just a little slow maybe backed up but I would say a decent company that in time because the the time was bad then but in time could turn into a great company with great advice and great costumers to back them up on what they have bought used and we're they've had to modify there rides to make there dreams come true. If you have one work on it as much as you can don't pay other people to build it only what you can't do or have no idea what your doing then get help. Get them to show you how to do it learn all you can and take your time doing it. Do it right the first time learn and that's what will make your ride shine and be apart of you! If you do then you know what you got and you can tell more about what is happing with it to work issues out to make it and you better at what you do! Love them build them and learn something every day vehicles are what my pops showed me how to do there nothing like the love of a father and his son or sons building the time love and teaching to look when done to have pride and to know the man loved you so much to craft you as a builder as he did everything he built before you with you and after. Rides will keep your mind and hands off the evil things that can kill still and destroy! At least with your ride you will have something to hand down teach with sale to build more out of big trouble because you can get tickets for speeding or burning rubber or hell just climbing over the curb from parking lot to parking lot. Ordered an after marked part for My Ford Focus RS! Fast and prompt service, and good pricing on the parts. Had different options on shipping since I'm overseas and all worked out superb! Will use you again!

1 star minus 5 to be honest! Ordered a product that this company said was in stock. After placing my order on January 15th 2019, and my payment cleared. They tell me that it will be 4-6 weeks because the maker (Unorthodox Racing) was having trouble keeping up with production. Understandable. Wait it gets better! Ok, don't wait, that's no fun. It has now been 11 WEEKS since, YES 11 WEEKS since my order was placed! After contacting Unorthodox Racing, they now cannot give me a straight answer as to when they will be sending my part. They tell me sorry I know it's not what you want to hear after your product was already delayed twice. We are not even sure whether it is going to be made by the end of April-mid May. Not to mention Unorthodox Racing has since raised the price of this part, and they cannot even get it produced to sell! Unbelievable how a place can lie about having a product to get your money, then string you along for 11+ weeks, and counting! Both Vivid Racing, and Unorthodox Racing are TRASH! Do not place any orders with either of these places!

I ordered a Driveshaft Shop driveshaft for my car, agreed to pay overnight delivery charges (I was stranded). They assured me no problem. At the end of the next day the driveshaft hadn't turned up so I called them and was informed that it wasn't in stock so they cancelled the order since they new I needed it asap. Not nice! They should have called and let me know as I lost another full day getting it from someone else.

Keep your money far far away from this website! I ordered a mugen spoiler which costs over $1000 for my Honda s2000 in February 2014 and was told to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I gave up after three months of waiting and asked for a refund which they promised to issue immediately. Today is Oct 9,2014 and despite many calls and emails requesting this refund, I am yet to recieve my money. They straight up stole my money. This company is obviously run by very horrible people who intend to scam and rob their customers. So here I am 8 months after handing them $1,000 with no spoiler and no money. I have even sold the car this month. I repeat, stay away from vividracing.com!

Vivid Racing offered an AirRaid Cold Air Intake on their webpage for $250.00. They also offered a coupon for $25.00 off $250.00 purchase or more. I purchased the item for $225 + shipping costs and Vivid Racing accepted my payment via PayPal (Cash $). I received an email confirming my purchase / order. Two days later I received an email from Simone at Vivid stating my order was cancelled and a full refund would be given as the product was 'Out of Stock' and they did not know when more would be available. I then called Vivid *******040) and asked for Sales and I spoke with Ahmed. I gave him the part # 250-218 and he confirmed they had the item in stock and if ordered I would receive it in 2-3 days. I was surprised so I asked for the price and he told me it was $327.90. That shocked me so I asked for Simone to ask her why the item was still in-stock / available but she had told me it wasn't and cancelled my order. She provided an excuse and I asked her to honor the purchase I made at the price I paid but she refused. It appears they messed up on the price of the item I tried to purchase and refused to honor the price as the New Price was now $102,90 more than I paid. I did receive my refund but it took several days for them to refund my CASH back to me. Very disappointed in the service from Vivid Racing as they failed to honor their pricing on the internet ad. I then researched customer complaints against Vivid Racing and found there to be several BBB complaints (D rating) as well as Yelp complaints and other online complaints as this business has treated several customers poorly. I wish I had done my research PRIOR to ordering from Vivid Racing versus finding out the hard way and wasting both time and money with the old 'bait and switch' routine. Terrible business ethics and Terrible customer service.

Terrible site to order from, I ordered a set of tail lights and received the wrong product. I contacted the company and they did everything in their power to NOT help me. I was told I needed to pay more money if I wanted the correct set sent. I reluctantly agreed as I need the lights on the car for a car show I was attending. I then received another wrong set. I was now stuck with two sets of tail lights to vehicles i don't own, nor can I even get that car in my country. I contacted them again and was met with NO help. They wouldn't even allow me to send them back without huge fees that I would have to pay. So I'm stuck with two useless sets of tail lights and I lost my deposit for my slot at the show because my car could not go incomplete. I'm in Canada and my hands are tied. Please learn from my mistake of trusting this $#*! company. They sweet talk you on the phone, just to $#*! you over later. PLEASE STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE! I'm out money, but you don't have to be!
