I ordered 2 brown/honey brown highlighted wigs. Both with different item numbers I was sent 2 of the exact same white platinum blonde wigs instead. When I try to return them to vitowigs.com. They sent me a threatening email that says either take a $10 refund or you can send the product back and pay all shipping fees, customs, fees, taxes, and any international shipping costs. They also said they have no idea how long it will take to get through customs that it normally takes a long time totally intimidating you not to send back the product and to except their $10 credit so apparently they have some cheap five dollar synthetic wigs that they want to get rid of they charge you $30-$75 and they keep your money and send you a knock off product and send you $10 back. A great racket because it still working somebody should cut them off and stop them immediately. **** and I paid for expedited shipping as well.

Wish I had checked this site out before I ordered. None of the items were what I ordered and they will not refund my money! This is a crime! Now their website says they are closed.

If it was possible to give an overall rating of zero stars, that would be higher than what this company deserves! I purchased 6 wigs and after numerous attempts to return these wigs, I am stuck with them. I will donate them to Goodwill. I will never buy from this website again.

On March 11th I was scanning a web site and came across vito wigs and decided to order a few wigs they looked really nice on the site and the price was right I should have known it was to good to be true. When I read the order the product was nothing like I ordered, the quality was frightful the hair was chopped up and falling off the wig. Do not purchase anything from this company there wigs are Garbage!

I bought two what I thought was lace wigs. No lace. Just a regular wig. Can I have a refund? The people that are advertising are showing the lace around the front on the forehead. Skin like.

I ordered 2 wigs, I don't even call those things wigs. Please stop using real wigs in your advertisements, it's called false advertisement.

A very disappointed costumer

They sent me a email for delivery with a tracking #, stated shipped by other, I notified PayPal, they were notified that it was shipped by UPS. PAYPAL checked it on their side, tracking info incorrect. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FAKES.

Got completely different things than the ones I ordered. They refuse to refund or refund my money. They just fooled

Do not buy. They are a company based in China with a uk website and address. They will send you cheap old rubbish for 100s of pounds and then refuse to give you a refund. Only way to get one is through paypal which is a long painful process.

I am currently and unfortunately dealing with an order from them, I am also trying to pin point where they are to inform officials from there Country. I think maybe a petition to have their website removed from eBay and such the like. Horrible, wicked people, do not buy from them.

I ordered wigs from this website in July 2017 and to date I have never received my items. I raised a dispute with PayPal who did nothing apart from allowing these people to continue to tell lies claiming that my item had been delivered and because it was tracked PayPal closed my dispute! It took 3 attempts to get through to PayPal's Customer service to ask why they would close my dispute? They said it's because Vivwigs can prove through tracking that the order was delivered BUT IT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED" I shouted! I ordered 2 wigs and a wig stand. They sent me 2 wigs dug up from the bottom of a cupboard, a wig cap and a brush! One of the wigs had a completely diff SKU number and the SKU number for the other wig had been pulled off and no paperwork. PayPal said they'd raise another claim stating that the order was not as described! Not as described? It's not what I ordered full stop. I cannot believe that PayPal are still allowing this company to do business through them. I would not have done business with this company had I not had the option to pay via PayPal. I did this as additional protection through an online purchase. So now my 2nd claim has been opened and PayPal are giving this fraudulent company more time to tell more lies and to send out more cheap imitation wigs that I wouldn't even put on a guy Fawkes dummy!
