This company was recommended by a travel site I was reading. I purchased a bag that seemed good for my travels. However, it has been two months and no bag, no replies to emails so I feel scammed. Do not use this company.

So much for speedy service! Ordered 11/03/19 where are my bags? Is this some kind of a joke? Should have read the reviews! You had no problem taking my money right away! You want my phone number, where is yours! I can't believe I was sucked into this scam! Please respond ASAP!

I order two of the "lightweight travel bags" in Nov 18 and was charged right away. (in USD, which is odd, considering they say they are based in Toronto).
I have not received the products. I received an email Dec 23, with a tracking number, showing the products had been shipped. The tracking number doesn't work. I live 200 km from Toronto, so i should have received the product the next day. It is now 2.5 months since i ordered, and no bags. I filed a dispute with my credit card company over the payment, as the company has not responded to the 3 or 4 emails i have sent them.

I made an order with this company and they were quick to withdraw the funds but so far no produce & there has been no reply to 3 emails sent. Will also place this on Facebook as it seems to be a SCAM.

To be fair I did get 'bags' - after waiting a month.
This 'proud Canadian company' makes its bags in China and ships from China.
They do not reply to emails, I sent them one when i had waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived despite the "guaranteed 2 day" shipping.
I did receive an email a day later claiming one of my foldable bags had shipped.
Then nothing but a further 3 weeks and BOTH bags arrived.
The quality is appalling.
Instead of appropriate stitching it is large and uneven, I have spent the afternoon reinforcing every seam.
$30USD ea made this an expensive purchase.
I was deceived by the very professional website, but that is the only quality feature of this shonky company. Don't do it.

I ordered two of the travel bags on Nov 8,2018 and was immediately charged in US dollars. Web site indicated that the Canadian company is conveniently located in Toronto and that shipping is normally within a few days. Also odd that the payment would be in US dollars when the company is located in Canada. In mid December I had still not received anything and subsequently sent three requests for information over the next few weeks with absolutely no response. I gave up hope and put it down as a scam. On Jan 20,2019 I received a notice that my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. On Jan 25 I still had not received the package so checked its' whereabouts with the tracking number. The package was in China. Odd, since it was supposed to come from Mississauga!\When I finally received the product on Feb 4 it is shown that it is also made in China. Certainly NOT what I expected. Although I have yet to use the product, they appear to be greatly overpriced.

I ordered a bag in early December 2018 and my CC was debited and a confirmation email was received almost immediately.
Now it is January 8 and I have no bag. I have sent email enquiries to Vlog and heard nothing. I have accepted I will never receive the goods I paid for.

Ordered a travel bag on August 30. Have not heard anything since. I received a confirmation email that my order was processed, and they took my money. I have not been able to reach them since. Not via their support number on the confirmation email, not via the email in PayPal, nor their Facebook page. Do not buy!

I placed an order on October 28. It has not arrived. I have emailed them three times and sent a message through facebook but have had no response from them. This must be a scam. Do not buy from them.

Bought a travel bag, used it once and it ripped right down the seam... Have e-mailed them 3x and asked for assistance... no response... no phone number for contacts, just e-mail
