Vogel's homes seem, by all accounts, to be the spots of an old period. They develop homes with creative minds and these homes address history. What upsets me are the horrible reviews and experiences I've scrutinized, which reach the point where they are not dependable using any and all means. There are charges about the seniors from the association. On Google, you'll track down it with practically no issue.
I've read on the web that this is the company where Rick Scharich is a Vice President? The same Rick Scharich who, together with Paul LeBreux was accused of involved in a possible real estate scam? I was so sceptic when we talked with my husband about getting a house, now it just confirmed my speculation. This is the exact information that drawed me back from ever buying a house in the Bella Collina community. They have around 30-40 homes in this community, but where there is smoke, there is fire!
Tip for consumers:
I didn't make it to talk with the agent, but my husband did. He returned satisfied, which is not something odd, because the houses look nice. But, with our previous experience of living in a community, where "everything seems nice", we didn't think this is the place or the company to buy our house from. With a quick Google search, you will find a lot of information and the more you don't want to believe in something, the more people you see that pay attention to it. Be careful!

Allegations about the seniors of this organization, so you should look at them yourself first.
Vogel's houses remind me of a 200 year old era. The homes they build through the country represent a great taste and mixture of creativity and history. What bothers me are the terrible reviews and experiences I've read, which comes to the point that they are not trustworthy at all, even though they look like they should be. There are accusations about the seniors from the company for whom I wouldn't like to share anything. Google yourselves and you'll find easily.
Tip for consumers:
Their homes are unique, but you should search for yourself first. There are accusations about the seniors of this company on the web, where many people share bad experience with them.

The website, to look for possible locations to buy a property
Me and my wife were looking to buy a house in Bella Collina, FL. My wife was insisting to look for and buy from Vogel Building Group as their houses looked very nice. But as always I wanted to do a check before I go to the next step. What I found, it changed my mind. I've read at one place, that Rick Scharich, the Vice President of Vogel Building Group is accused of violating the Fourteenth Amendment by attempting to "take a property without just compensation". This was actually happening in the community of Bella Collina! Moreover, he and his partner, some attorney, Paul LeBreux were sued for a list of alleged predatory violations of lending laws and unethical business practices with their company PSR Developers, where they tried to according to an article, to trick the system with the Dodd Frank Act, without actually being qualified or licensed as a mortgage loan processor. So how would I buy a house from this company after reading this?
Tip for consumers:
Do a research and think about your decision. You are buying a house, not a toy.
