Chris is wonderful. He does a fantastic job on the yard and we can already see the results.

Everyone at Westfall's is friendly, professional and answers any questions or concerns immediately. They are very helpful, and it's really nice to have the same technician (Brian) come do the service every time. Brian gets extra kudos for the friendliest technicians of anyone that's come to the house for service of any kind. We are very glad we chose Westfall's!

Jimmy is always so pleasant and kind every time he comes by to complete my service... He always explains what treatment he is using to solve my pest issues. He always takes the time to clean any spider webs etc around the gutters of my house and lanai. He is a very hard worker and is always very professional and knowledgeable about the chemicals he is applying each time. Hang onto Jimmy - he's a "keeper"...!

First service was June 3. Since then our lawn is full of dead spots throughout front lawn and is spreading. Tom came on the August 20 and we brought it to his attention…. This shouldn't have happened - not to that extent. Tom assured me that it'll be much improved in a few weeks. Someone should come out sooner to ensure that fungus or chinch bugs, etc have been eliminated and grass is now growing.

Westfall's entire team is courteous, friendly, and always happy to help in any way they can with information and hands- on help. I rely on their honesty and integrity and never worry that they are doing their best by my lawn care.

Anyone on the fence if pest control works? Put your mind to ease with this review.
At one point in time I was desperate dealing with cockroaches and other bugs I had no idea what they were. I RANDOMLY get lucky my 1st time with anything. Well, this time it happened. I called Amber (whom is just a sweat gem) to schedule service. A nice gentleman came out. I addressed my concerns and to this day, will randomly see anything at all until it gets close to the end of the 3rd month. No lie. It's the truth. That's when they come out again to spray outside and IF needed inside as well. Now this is 3 homes ago and 5 years later. I also want to add that I'm in a 1966 bungalow. As you know it's probably not sealed everywhere like it should be and the critters still stay away because of their bug juice. Westfall's we are your life time customer because of not only being terrified of flying roaches but because of you and ALL your caring staff.
Side note they also have (which I have also used) spray for fleas in the yard and a testament that worked as well. Stop looking for anyone else people. These are your folks to go to. Peace out. One more thing, no, I was not paid or compensated in anyway to write this. I'm just hoping someone out there knows you can have peace without the nasty pests in your home.

Every month he is at my house spraying, hand picking weeds and everything. This month I was not expecting him (I lost track of the days) and still had Halloween decorations up. He said no problem and went to my neighbors house to spray as they are a customer which allowed me time to clean up my lawn decorations and he came back. He even helped pick up a few things close to their property. Super friendly guy and always a pleasure to see at my door. I've left other companies because their lawn team didn't care about customers, their property, and there service was terrible. I could not be happier with Westfalls, the techs are wonderful and the office staff is super great too! I hope Christopher has my area for many years to come
In regards to other things- Payment portal is super easy and convenient to make payments, I prefer e-bills which they are quick and provide details on my service, invoice info and a quick link for payments.
