Doesn't work. I would not recommend this product. It did not smooth my wrinkles, tighten my skin or brighten my eyes at all. I'm really bummed. Edit: ok so I didn't realize that you can't use it with an oil based moisturizer. I actually applied it over coconut oil. I used it without and omg wow, it actually does work pretty amazingly well! I'm impressed!

Unethical and poorly run company. Products are subpar and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get help from customer service. Forget any "guarantees" or return options; they do not exist.

The makeup isn't good, the quality and videos they advertise is nothing like what you get. Not to mention if u get a subscription and want to return something they don't want to send your a free label. They made me struggle so much to get a label, until i could no longer return the package because "it passed the return date" when over their virtual chat they kept telling me they were extending the date until i was able to receive a return by mail, not electronically. All this for me to call and they said "oh that was just misunderstanding from the last representative" not to mention i had already canceled my subscription and they said they were still going to send a next shipment in may? I don't want anything else from this brand. $80 dollars for something i didn't want… crazy

I had a very bad experience in this ( westmore beauty) company, they took 3 payments from my bank account for the product that was deceptive, differ from what they advertised. I called for refund because it's useless ( never open the second package) but they denied to return my money, I requested for cancellation ( they attempted to continue charging twice. To make matter worst, despite of no refund and cancellation, they send my account to another scam debt collection Northshore agency.

NEVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT! They will keep sending this product to you and keep charging you for it! They will not let us cancel! We've been trying for months! At first, they said, "Fill out the form online to cancel." We called back when the form didn't work, stayed on hold for too damn long, and never got any help. That was a month ago. We called back today, stayed on hold for 30 minutes. We told the representative what was going on, and then she hung up on us. That was after we finally got their phone # through PayPal, because the phone listed online didn't work.

I, like an idiot, ordered the stuff and didn't even get it! Just the freebies, no actual product. I called them right away and told them and before they had a chance to explain. I kind of knew right then and there something fishy was going on. Told them not to send me anything. Thank goodness I got out before they sucked me in. I used my Amex card. Always good to use, they will always back you up when you are being fleeced. Why do they let them keep advertising this junk?

I've ordered the body coverage from Amazon, which is always a good experience because Amazon teaches their employees to be respectable and accommodating in every way possible... Westmore not so much. I ordered not knowing I signed up for "auto delivery", luckily for me I became privy to this sorcery very quickly and canceled that crap. Take my word for it, if you like the products from Westmore, order from AMAZON OR QVC. Do not order from the website directly. It is indeed a SCAM.
I ordered a Westmore Beauty product from a facebook add. I received it, I immediately tried it under my eyes where it was sold to smooth fine lines. It balled up and didn't soak in. I called Westmore Beauty the same day I received the product. Waited about an hour and finally spoke with Glenda. She told me "no need to send back, the purchase price would be refunded to my credit card in 7-10 business days". It wasn't ever credited, so I started a claim to dispute the charge with my cc company. Westmore challenged the claim saying I received the product and didn't return it to them within the return window. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WESTMORE! Their product is crap, their customer service is worse and their money back guarantee is fraud!
The marketing is very deceptive. I signed up to get a delivery of coverage product every three months at what I thought would be about $30/month. The product started coming every month, faster than I could use it. I cancelled and was told that I had a balance of $96.00 after I have already paid two payments.
The product was not great either -messy to use, transfer badly on my white towels. Coverage not good either. Too bad that I have a ton of it.
I made an order and never received a confirmation email from the company about my order. After 24 hours, I contacted customer service. After losing over an hour and getting no where about the status of my order, they told me to contact them again after 48hours had gone by from the time I placed my order. So another hour spent on the chat with another rep, he tells me the order was placed today and should take 9-11 days for delivery so I told him I would like to cancel the order. He then precedes to to tell me that it had actually been sent and was in transit! I never received any kind of tracking info or confirmation so he sent it to me (after having to ask for it)but it does not have the arrival date because on closer inspection of the email it has not been sent.He lied so I would not cancel. I won't be buying anything from them in the future and wish I had done my homework as so many bad reviews about their products have me worried.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 bottles of Golden Radience and instead was sent 2 bottles of Fair Radiance. Contacted customer service to ask them to send prepaid label for return or how they wish for me to proceed. I was told they did not pay for returns, that I could pay for the return and would be refunded the cost of $90 less shipping and handling. What? Why should I pay shipping back for their error? Insane and terrible customer service. I ended up disputing the charge and ordering from another site. I'm not paying for their mistake! I did get an email that they would offer me 20% off on the incorrect shade if I didn't want to return it. Heck, no...why do I want 20% off of a shade I will never use? Cannot believe a company treats their customers like this.

Best to order from Amazon or QVC as Westmore will not pay for return shipping if they send the incorrect shade!

Order an item on May 17,2023. Never received item as of June 5,2023. Called company *******722 several times only to hear " someone will call you back with order status"! Each time I call the same person answers the phone- I am beginning to think I was scammed out of $40! I do not recommend ordering from this company!

I was so excited to receive this product. I tried it and it covered nothing. There is no paperwork included in the box with return instructions. So disappointed!
They claim it doesn't crack or flake. Well that's a big lie because it most certainly does. The video they advertise with is bolgne, this product is is worse than Plexi Derm. Wouldn't buy this product or any of their products again!
The product gets on everything. It looks very dense and fake. I've spent literally hours trying to cancel. They says it's cancelled and they will send a return label for yet another product shipment. But nope. Just hit my credit card again.
I've tried so many coverings for the veins on my legs and hands and nothing ever had such lasting coverage as Westmore. This product is where the road ends! I will continue to purchase this product. I first thought it was too expensive but guess what, who cares. When a product works as well as Westmore, there's no price that's too much! Btw, I'm 69.

I wish I'd read the multiple, negative reviews before I spent $50. I thought this was the product I'd finally been looking for. I have veins, I have tattoos - this didn't even touch them - I shook the bottle, applied as directed and the coverage was laughable. Not to mention one bottle would only last a few applications. I decided to see if it truly didn't rub off on clothes after drying. Another joke. This was a total rip off and I'm disgusted.
Not sure why her products have a low rating but I'm very happy with it! I love how good my makeup looks when i use their products :)

I returned the Westmore, legg make, and today I received a partial credit, for the one they shipped to me with out my permission. I shipped the first tube along with the second one, because I sent them in the same box with the information on both, they can only give credit for one! What a bunch of crooks! The makeup looks like paste on your legs! I will tell everyone I know this is false advertisement!
I ordered product with no idea I was signing up for auto delivery. Offer it as an option, don't hide it in the fine print! When you try to call their Posted number, it's out of service, so you're forced to Chat with Xena online. In the end you have to pay for a second order you never wanted and deal with their so called 90 day money back guarantee. Deceptive marketing is not necessary when you have a decent product. Now you'll never get another order from me and I will warn everyone to stay away from this company. DECEPTIVE!
I have tried four times now to cancel. I just got another order! I love the makeup, but I can't keep buying something that I am overwhelmed with already! I am going to look into pressing some kind of charges!
I purchased the Body Coverage Pefection online after seeing an infomercial. I haven't even used the product yet and they're billing me for an auto shipment, when I specifically remember that I made sure there would be no auto shipments in the future. I called customer service and wouldn't you know, they were unable to cancel this shipment because "it had already been shipped," even though there isn't a tracking number. I am livid! I canceled my "subscription" and will never order from an infomercial again.
