"I purchased Office 2019 with Word. After struggling for 2 hours without success installing I contacted Software "Winprosoft". The response was fast within minutes,. After answering a few questions and making some corrections had it it loading. After a few minutes to download it was up and working. SO I want to thank the company for doing such a great job and getting it right.

Purchased a key for Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. Promptly received the key and excellent instructions on how to download and install the software. Instructions were spot-on, and installation went through without a hitch.
"installation instruction email should of included both PC's and Mac's without asking for assistance. Once received the process is pretty easy."
The instructions are a little convoluted and needing to open up a couple of webpages seems unnecessary. However, once I figure out the convolution, I was able to successfully complete the transaction.
