Stefanie is a girl, and she swears on her mother's life that I can trust her. Maybe her mom passed away already. Very stupid attitude, I will not recommend this bank to fraudulent customers. I paid €200 for opening a bank account even though I showed them that I am from EU, I have a 5 year residence permit and they refused to open an account and keep my money so far, otherwise with the help of this company name on my title i wouldn't have gotten my money

Tried to withdraw my funds but they have ghosted me. Won't respond to emails. Phone number on web site is not secure. Any emails to company by me are not submitted. Tried to get me to invest more money and when I said I was not comfortable doing this they cut me off and have not given any money back. Don't deal with them no matter how legitimade they make their web site appear.

So far it is a great broker and I have no complaints. I just want to warn those who read my review: never rush, and especially in trading. All the biggest mistakes were made because of the rush.

I started with $250 initial deposit and no issue in the first 2 months. Afterwards they asked me to upgrade to Silver with $10K funds with bonus. After I sent them the funds, 5 days later I changed my mind and requested partial withdraw of my funds, they refused it. Now for close to 2 months, I sent numerous emails and asked them to close my account, they did not even reply my email. I feel these people are crooks. Absolute scam. They waste my time over the past 2 months, sometimes after midnight. It is usually the same voice, though pretends it is the "first time" he is calling me. I do NOT have a number for them, even though they claim they are in UK,, because all the numbers that come up on my caller ID are from domestic landline numbers that keep changing, so I must have blocked more than 40 numbers by now, though I know it is useless. I keep telling me to take me off their DB and put me on the do not call EVER call list. He keeps saying why has my mind changed that I no longer what to invest with them. Even telling them off does nothing! GET A LIFE DUDE!

I fell for this scam after clicking on a link on the Socials. They are deceptive.
They initially speak to you so professionally, explaining everything. This is just to boost your confidence. They take more and more money from you, and when you try to withdraw your own funds, they vanish. I've sent numerous emails to the broker and their helpdesk, which is at the most robotic. They are on Scam Watch, and Channel 9 Australia has also reported on how they are defrauding people of their hard-earned money. I FELT LIKE A FOOL NOW, BUT AT LEAST I GOT MY CAPITAL BACK, thanks to Ayla recoup[c o m}, is highly recommended.

Overall, I like and use the site daily, but I have had some times exchanges that have failed to go through. I love that the feature is there, but wish it worked every time I needed it to. Everything else is great

Their douchebag employees think it's funny to scam and steal people's money and think that they can get away with it.

There is one employee in particular that you want to beware of and her name is Hannah Deluca.
This company is very nice to you in the beginning after you deposit 250.00 American which is required to do trading.
They will even show you that you will make money, don't be fooled.
They will even show you how in the beginning how to withdraw some money playing on your vulnerability.
When they talk on the phone they will ask you to download team viewer so they can help with every process including banking, don't do it, if you do they then see all your passwords and can steal everything from your bank account.
They will get you to download a Google Authenticator and an Ndax crypto wallet and in front of your eyes making you think this is easy and you can get your money without any hassles, this couldn't be further from from the truth.
They will then try to get you to deposit 10,000.00 u.s. so that they can manage your account for a nominal fee.
The person I dealt with in the company, her name is Hannah Deluca.
If not then they will disappear and leave you trying to figure out how to do it.
I had a total of 200.00 u.s. to work with to which I learned how to do it.
Recently I had 5 orders open and I was in the process of making that into 20,000.00 u.s. and found out one of their douchebag employees closed all my orders without my permission and that passed me off.
I was so pissed off at this douchebag company for doing such a douchebag maneuver that as of March 31,2023 I have requested to close my account and have my money given to me.
It looks like this company has up and disappeared thinking that I would just take this loss so this scumbag company could just steal my money, this couldn't be further from the truth.
I even threatened to write this Google review with no response from this scumbag company.
I have also threatened this scumbag company by letting them know that I was going to place postings on every scammer and thief Facebook page.
