I bought MAGIC WATER ELF which was delivered by WOW DEALS.
I was totally shocked when I opened the product. Theres NOTHING in it? Nothing at all. No fish, shark, dolphin, sea horse star fish n rest of the acquaric animals.

I bought this DIY gift to do activity with my grand daughter.

Total disaster. How can you cheat people like this. Extremely rude n cruel to a child whose so excited to play with her diy sea elf toy. WHY?

Please refund my money. Or send another box with all the acquaric animals. JUST LIKE YOU BRAGGED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT.

Ordered Masks - advertised products in AU charged in USD took 21/2 months Advertised as a week came from China not the US - were not what we ordered and not the right number the company behind this is call Drebest. Not what we ordered an and absolute nightmare to deal with scammers - CHEAP NAST LOW QUALITY!

I made a purchase in March 2017 for a facial mask that I never received. I contacted the company to get a status update and they replied saying they couldn't refund my order but they would be sending a replacement shipment with a new tracking number in a few days. Weeks went by and no confirmation/tracking number for my new shipment. I emailed them twice since then and now I am being ignored. Do not buy anything from this site. It's a fake!

Terrible! Never EVER 'buy' anything from them. It took me two months and 3 emails to get a response where they said that they 'couldn't find out what happened' to my order and offered to send a new one (with no tracking number despite my specific request for one). That was two months ago. Think I ever revived anything? NOPE! If anyone knows what authorities I should report this scam to, I'd appreciate it.

This is a fake company. They take your money and give you some fake tracking ID number which doesn't even track anything, you wait for weeks and weeks and months for your order and nothing comes. I have called their number advertised on their FB page and their website only to get an automated message stating "the number you have dialled is incomplete or incorrect". I have emailed numerous times and received absolutely no response. I have messaged them on FB numerous times, no response. I am not resorting to leaving a hostile review because companies like this should not be allowed to exist. They clearly are taking advantage of women who enjoy online shopping. They are no better than the scam artists who take your identity and fraudulently take your credit card details and commit identity fraud. I hope this company gets its 'just desserts'.

THEY SAID IT TAKES LIKE 4 WEEKS BEFORE THEY RELEASE THE TRACKING NUMBER, BUT OVER 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED STILL NOT RECIEVING A TRACKING NUMBER, EMAILED THEM ASKING WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT PROBABLY GOT LOST ON THE SHIPMENT. SO I WAITED AGAIN. WEEKS PASSED AND I ASK THEM THE SAME QUESTION BUT REPLIED ME THE SAME ANSWER. LIKE WHAT THE HELL? DO YOU GUYS HAVE SET OF REPLIES TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT YOU WOULD JUST COPY-PASTE? I TRIED REACHING OUT ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE, BUT WHAT HAPPENED? I CAN'T COMMENT ON YOUR POSTING AND CAN'T EVEN MESSAGE THE PAGE ANYMORE? THEY JUST WANNA SEE POSITIVE COMMENTS ON THEIR POSTINGS (People tagging more people) OF COURSE THE VULNERABLE PEOPLE WHOSE REALLY EASY TO BE CONVINCED WILL BUY. MORE PEOPLE TAGGED -> MORE PEOPLE WILL BUY -> MORE SCAMMED. THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE. AS SOON AS THEY GET THE MONEY THEY WON'T GET BACK TO YOU, BLOCK YOU ON THEIR PAGE AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS. THEY DON'T REALLY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I buy a lot of stuffs online on different websites but this site really got to my nerves, I never felt so bad before until I bought something from this site.

This site is a joke, as what the title says, they really don't make the stuffs. If they don't make the stuffs -> means they "RE-SELL" it -> If they "RE-SELL" it -> They buy it from the SELLER -> It causes a lot of time to ship -> may cause to not being shipped.

Clickbaiting - They use videos (Which they don't really own) putting some captions which makes it looks appealing.

I DON'T REALLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE NUMBER TO RATE THIS WEBSITE BUT UNFORTUNATELY 1 IS THE LOWEST. I WOULD RATE THIS SITE DOWN TO HELL ALONG WITH THEIR SCAMS.
