I bought a wedding gown from this website a couple of months ago. It came when they said it would but I was really disappointed with the workmanship. First of all, the sizing was a little off. The dress was a little tight and I wasn't able to walk or sit properly. Also, the workmanship on the lace is pretty bad, there were holes in the lace and threads coming out in several places. The shape of the dress was also slightly lopsided.

So I took pictures and emailed it to them, showing them exactly what was wrong with the dress and asking for a refund. They didn't reply me at first and only replied when I later threatened to lodge a report with Paypal. They initially wanted to refund me only $100 for a $250 dress. But after I reasoned with them they finally agreed to offer a full refund, but I had to bear the return shipping to China. Thankfully they were quite prompt in sending me the refund once they got the dress back. And I have now learnt my lesson on buying stuff from Chinese websites.

I'm quite relieved that I managed to get a full refund as I've read other reviews saying that they weren't able to get refunds from these Chinese websites. I've read of people writing in and verbally abusing them, but as a result they stop replying altogether.

If you are encountering problems with this website, my advice is that you speak to them nicely and reason with them, then they are more likely to give in to your request.

Any way the quality is match to the acceptable price. I received my wedding dress in time and there are really some positive affection on my wedding ceremony.

I have to give it to whoever created that website, they have the nicest dresses & wedding items at the nicest price. I should have known that after a few days of no one responding to my "live chat" or the messages (4) that I sent for measurement verification, that this was an illegit website. Then when I attempted to place my order for my wedding dress, the Pay Pal option had been disabled because it is "temporarily down" so it forced me to use the money gram/western union/wire money option and I went thru western union. The website gives you a person's name (Lili Quang) rather than the company name to send your money to. That should have been another clue. I set up everything to go thru western union, luckily that was free, and I got an email saying that western union put my order on hold for further info and to call their customer service. I called immediately and was asked for more information for the sender (phone number, etc) because if not they wouldn't be able to send the money because the person has been flagged to not send money to. I thanked them and had them cancel my payment. So glad Western Union caught that or else I would have gotten robbed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE, IT'S NOT REAL AND IT'S A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY WITH NOTHING IN RETURN! DON'T GIVE LILI QUANG YOUR MONEY! SHE'S A FAKE & A THIEF!
