Bought the Mando Helmet during pre-sale, the resin version is magnificent! Though it took almost a month. The inside part is a little tight though, but I have adjusted it.

I was amazed when I received the Halo 3 ODST helmet, the helmet is rather cheap compared with the quality. Wonder if I could wear it for motorcycle ;)

Bought TFA Kylo Ren Costumes from Xcoser for my Con. Arrive quickly. I'm very impressed by the quality and the accuracy. And the price are quite reasonable. Recommend.

Bought the Thanos' Gauntlet. This Gauntlet is so awesome! I think mine came off the arm of Thanos himself, as everytime I put it on I feel and hear the power! At least until my wife tells me to turn it off :(( .

Ordered a bane mask. After a month of sending them emails with no replys as to why i havent gotten it. No refunds because they wont reply. 90$ jus pissed away. I would not recommend them bc even if you do get what you ordered youre just 2 of out of 10 people to get wat you ordered. The other 8 however dont receive their merch. I read bad reviews about them doing jus what they did but went against it hoping those people just had the 1 offs of bad luck. Nope they jus rob peoples.

I bought Wolverine's gloves and claws from this website. I have to say that the quality is very good and the picture is exactly the same, and the logistics is very fast. My son likes it very much and keeps showing off to other children.

I ordered the Pennywise Chapter costume and it exceeded my expectations. The Mask was high quality and very real looking. The outfit was of the highest quality and no detail was overlooked. I will definitely come back.

Xcoser had a Game of Thrones egg set that was advertised for $99 and a coupon for 20% off for orders over $100. I added a $10 keychain and placed my order with the discount. The payment through PayPal went through but nothing ever got delivered. I contacted Xcoser and they never replied. I now have to open a case with PayPal to get my money returned. With all the cosplay stores available to purchase from I would go to any except Xcoser. Very disappointing.

Exquisite workmanship, beyond imagination, the recommended size is also very suitable, especially satisfied. The details of the finger parts are also very good, and you can see things with eye masks, without affecting the activities.

It's now November 9th and Xcoser has not replied to my emails, contact us page, calls etc. I have never used them before but I definitely won't use them again. Hate to barrage anyone but it's their fault for the poor customer experience and they left me no choice but to open a Paypal dispute. Xcoser. Here's a hint. Apologizing to your customers because you were overwhelmed with orders due to the time of year and being transparent that their order will not be recieved on time is MUCH better than not answering or replying to them and leaving them in the dark to guess what's going on. Take some time to take care of your customer orders instead of posting on Facebook. Order XSP-4619. BE Responsible AND Professional! Resolve it and refund me!"

I got my wig yesterday I haven't had a chance to try it on yet but I have to say it's good quality I'll still have to style it but it's definitely the first wig I got in a box and I can't wait to use it for my natsu cosplay

Bought a helmet labeled as One Size Fits All, once it arrived, it was much too small for my head, and I have a smaller head than most males to begin with. Tried to contact them multiple times and received no response until we filed a complaint through the credit card company. They sent a document trying to prove that they had sent us an email, but it looked more like they opened Google Docs and typed in a response and printed it in an attempt to save themselves. Never received any email from them and I had put my email in correctly, so we for sure would've known if they had contacted us back.
