After shopping around other various options online I decided to go with a pre-built PC from Xidax. The high level of components and build quality at the right price is what helped make my decision. The only draw back for me is paying for shipping, but that extra cost was worth it to me for the build quality and piece of mind that comes with buying a PC from Xidax. I went with a pre-built PC in stock which shipped close to next day and I am very happy with my purchase. I would do business with Xidax again.
After nearly a month my PC still hasn't shipped back to me even though I received an email Friday (I write this Monday evening) stating service was complete. Calls aren't returned. The original PC CPU cooler was not installed well (almost no thermal paste). The motherboard became faulty so I'm paying the shipping to them and back which would not be so terrible if they would simply have a sense of urgency about returning a very expensive computer. I've built several and never had issues and bought soley due to the GPU shortage at the time... never again.

I'm very happy with the components I got for the price; most other places I looked would have been several hundred more for similar specs. When I received the PC, there were some major issues that I was not able to solve myself since I am not much of a tech person. Luckily, I was able to reach out to support and, while it did take longer than I would have liked, they were able to fix the issue in a way that I was happy with. Now, the PC is comfortably running demanding games and software. Overall, I would recommend Xidax to most people as long as you don't mind doing a little bit of your own quality control before you boot the thing up.

My experience with Tanner was great! He called right away when I was approved for my Progressive Lease and asked me what all he could do to help me. I was at work and asked if we could take to conversation to chat, and he obliged. I had a really tight and strict budget and Tanner did a great job to make sure I got what I needed at the right price. My whole experience will definitely make me want to tell my community about this great company. A billion kudos to Tanner, he needs a raise for sure.

So, I got myself my first gaming desktop through these guys. The computer is so far running just fine with the exception of one of the fans. So far I'd brought this to their attention three different times but they don't seem to be interested in replying to me about this issue at all.
Oh, they're super nice to you during the sales process but then drop off the face of the planet if something goes wrong? I went with Xidax because I didn't really have a choice. My laptop was crapping out and it was just time for a new system but so far... I really hate being ignored. Especially considering this is an almost $2K system, brand new, and should NOT be having issues right now as far as I'm concerned.
Just be aware. They may not work with you after you receive your computer.

These guys an gals are top notch, I had questions before I even started putting it together an they answered them all in a flash. I had problems with potential shipping options they worked tirelessly to get it done. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and amazed with a level of customer serves I've never seen before.
I give it a 4 star because now my cpu which they recommended I go with is going out.
They also didn't tell me the new cpu ******* series was about to come out shortly after ether I was bumbed to find that but i did need my pc back fast. So its understandable. Anyway just a few months in and my cpu is failing so my next update will answer if I give a 5 star or one again as its fully covered in warranty at their dime. Ill give a 5 star if they respond appropriately. I will say they do care a great deal about customer support and that goes far for my family of gamers and salespeople where the pc is always on. They didn't tell me getting a water cooled system would be expensive to ship. They want me to pay 740 bucks plus packaging and a pallet. The pc came to me damaged, the coolent had a corrosion build up on a connection and when I called them to get it fixed they dodged my calls and then waited untill after my warnty date was out by a couple days and even though they saw my emails and calls and then offered to pay half the shipping but "just not tell the guys" I didn't pay half"
Then I decided to let the pc sit for a few weeks and weigh my options and noticed the pc wasn't leaking and just had build up. The issue is they are supposed to use distilled water… clearly they didn't. Next my cpu went out. I wasn't informed I had customer support ether so I paid a local shop to diag the pc. They narrowed it down to the cpu or mother board. The pc has been having start up and run issues and crashes. Unrelated to the possible leak,
In the beginning I didn't send the pc back to them to fix the damage because it was minor scuffs and I didn't feel right doing so. I did them a huge favor. Then I didn't send it in for the leak repair because it's my main source of income, and I wanted to make sure it was actually still leaking as after a year it didn't seem like the fluid level had gone down.
For 9 months my pc ran fantastic and handled everything.
I did over pay big time for this pc at 7900 bucks. They charged me over 900 bucks for a *******ks cpu plus labor. I could have bought a gpu with it for that price. The over charge, over promise and don't deliver. I 100 percent do not recommend going with these people. They seem nice enough but they just don't put their customer service as a priority. If my pc wasn't water cooled I'd have paid 189 for round trip shipping and now they want me to pay 781

Yes if you go with a pc from them make sure you ask all the questions. Like if my pc breaks how much will it cost me to send it back

I have this far had an amazing experience with this company. The website interface is amazing for doing a custom build. I had a little issue of getting ahold of customer service this week but once i did i can see why. I had the Pleasure of speaking with Tanner who made the process of redesigning my order and getting me the rig i want for an amazing price a breath of fresh air. It was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Tanner was polite, courteous, and an expert at what he does. Throw a parade in that guys honor.
I wasn't sure what components was needed and worked with Tanner to help spec out and review my build. He was extremely responsive and really took into account what I was looking for/needs, and any budget concerns. His knowledge and explanations were extremely helpful for helping me decide what would work best for my needs. We discovered an issue during checkout with one of the promo's that wasn't properly applying the discount and he immediately jumped to a workaround solution to make sure everything was taken care of! Tanner was amazing and his support made the build and buying process extremely quick and easy!

I've only had consoles and have been wanting a Pc for some time and I loved everything TFE has recommended so i checked out their store liked what I saw and they walked me though what I would be looking for and any questions I had they would answer them regardless of the question
I configured and purchased bought my second Xidax PC a little over two years ago. About a year after, I began experiencing crashing / BSoD problems when gaming. Sadly, Xidax support has just plain left me hanging and I've now got a 2-1/2 year-old rig that's just not good for its intended use. I've submitted countless screenshots and performed every test they've asked me to over the past month and they've basically just left me hanging without any real attempt being made to solve the issue.
I'm more or less forced to buy a new system for gaming, and I can tell you it is NOT going to be a Xidax PC this time due to the lack of support - support that is touted as being so fantastic, and was a big reason I chose Xidax in the first place.
On another note, while the idea of fully configuring your own system was intriguing, in the end, the need to select all the various components just goes overboard. As a gamer of course I want the ability to choose my processor and graphics card, but the other options you need to choose border on the realm of the ridiculous. Type of fans? Grade of thermal paste? You can't be serious. If I wanted to bother with these kinds of minor details I'd just build my own system.

I've always wanted a gaming pc but never knew where to start. I hopped in a stream and saw a logo for Xidax and when I asked the guy about them he wouldn't stop talking about how good an experience he'd had with this company so I figured I'd have to check it out. When I got to the site I was a bit confused and really had no idea what I was doing but the chat window popped up and one of their sales agents walked me through everything step by step and made the process a LOT easier. Well I was on the flop about which pc company to go with to build my next computer, though great computers. My Alienware's are no longer cutting it for me. I reached out to Xidax first since I had recently watched a video on a build they did for Matt@ Demolition Ranch. Shane was the first agent I had the pleasure of dealing with, and actually dealt with for about 5 hours through out that day. Going back and forth through different companies and build sheets the one thing that stood out to me the most was Xidax was the only company where I was able to talk to a live person through chat... the WHOLE day. Shane promptly answered every question that I had as well as made some recommendations on a few things with the custom build I was working on the website. Told him that I wanted to have the computer by a certain day and he assured me that I would receive my build with a certain amount of days as well as receive live updates with build photos and to my surprise it arrived 2 days earlier than it was supposed to. I've had my build now for about a week and a half and have downloaded and played well over 20 different games on it with no issues what so ever. Even today when I made another order Cody's customer service was Top Notch. The build, the warranty, their Customer Service, their shipping/Packaging... was all exceptional and more than I could have hoped for. I was so worried with all the horror stories about shipping companies throwing packages out on the porch that I would receive a beat to death PC but there wasn't even a dent in the box! Without a doubt if I ever order another desktop or laptop at that matter Xidax will always have my business.
I have come to talk to the customer service several times as I have yet to settle on a build and I had Andrew remember my request from the previous times even though I had forgotten it and it goes to show much they value their customer service.
I am overjoyed with my recent purchase from this Xidax! They crafted a one-of-a-kind computer that is an absolute masterpiece. Xidax has the best system builders in the industry I've come across. VERY knowledgeable when it comes to specs, compatibility, and pushing the performance of a desktop. Great customer service, polite and very helpful, knowledgable on what i needed for my rig and got everything adjusted to meet my needs
I had been planning a new PC purchase for a few months. I pre built about 50 or more on at least 10 different sites. I kept coning back to Xidax because the parts selection was definitely better than others. Some companies are ok with selling you mid grade equipment. Not Xidax.
Once i placed my order i did have an issue with my order getting "lost in translation". XIDAX's awesome staff helped get my order back on track. The very next business day i had my confirmation. I was expecting a 3 week to a month or so to take delivery. I received my new PC in under 2 weeks. They also sent build photos as they were working. Ive never been shown the process on any of my other PC's. I had no issues with the delivery. Outer box was handled quite nicely. The set up and install were hiccup free as it is supposed to be. 10 out of 10 would order again and recommend to anyone considering a new PC.

Second unit bought from Xidax.
I find their units solid. First unit is 7years old. Operating in high temps. Has kept up really well. All games (Assassin's creed, Far Cry etc) play without glitches. All software doing just fine. One USB port non-functional, but eh. Started to slow just a bit and wanted an upgrade. So handed it down to someone and it is still working fine. (They will be using far less intensive applications.) Oh and the panel had come with a dent. Got it replaced free of charge.
New unit doing well out-the-box. No issues. Packaging was stellar. (It came a long way.)
Found them online while searching for something a bit...more. The highlights:
1) Customer service. Their agents are patient, helpful and not pushy. They may suggest a higher unit than what you had in mind, but they explain why and it is all verifiable. No gimmicks to try and rush you. Good responsiveness as well.
2) Good range of choices. With basement and refurbished deals
3) Cool freebies (linked to purchase price)
4) Frequent sales
I think they could do better with the instructions in the package and with labelling the extra parts, but likely most people buying from them know their way around.
I see comments about their warranty, but it's just one of those legal things you HAVE to read beforehand.
Giving high marks until proven otherwise.
