I bought a Seya pink makeup case with spinning wheel in Yazmo. The costumer service was professional. In that site, they sell many kinds of makeup cases at very good price. The shipping was fast despite the Christmas season.
I spent a great deal of time to find just the right gift for my daughter. Seya/Yazmo had the perfect jewelry box. I ordered it on Jan 23,2019, to ensure its delivery by February 24. Got confirmation of order, but no email that it had been sent. I have contacted for over 6 weeks. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unheeded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer service! Sent broken case and said were out of stock. Waited a year of calling and complaining never got the case I was promised, or my money. Was not a cheap case. I am a makeup artist and couldn't use a case that the bottom was going to fall out. I sent pictures threw email and spoke with them on phone. Nothing I promised ever happened. I think its 2 guys just passing the phone back and forth. Never again! I tell all the other makeup artist I know to stay away... Horrible!
