I have only been working with Yodle for a couple of months but I want to let you know that I've really had a positive experience so far. We are getting more calls and business. With the business we are getting the investment we make paying Yodle pays for the marketing plus a nice return for our money. We have also been very pleased with how responsive their customer service department has been.
Was not really intending to purchase and the high pressure sales person convinced me it would be a plus for my business. Did nothing for my business even though I spent time putting in listings and setting up the site. Total waste of money

I let them talk me into a website for my roofing business. They gave me a web name that NO ONE will find on google. I called them and explained to them no ones gonna look for that name and its been just over 3 mons and not one roofing call. A couple stupid repair jobs. That was it. They said, oh it gets better after 3 mons... Its friggin summer time and people want their roofs done. Not 1 call... They STINK... They don't even use your phone number... That's when I should of ran. STAY AWAY... And stick that STUPID dashboard...

I am so pissed that I did not read this before. I fell for a pushy sales person crying on the phone. If you are reading this and is comteplating doing business with this company "STOP". They will claim every listing about your business online with a phone number and will get you 11-30 calls a month, but not one good customer. They will have existing customers that are looking up your phone number or address to call through their number and will claim that as a lead. Everytime I complaint to my internet sales person she would come up with some bull crap about how they are improving our leads by updating some keyword rich content and the google algorithm blah blah blah... Morgan Rigsbee and Page Bauer should be put in jail no ethics
My experience with Yodle has been very professional and everything I requested was handled quickly. My rep (Harsh) went above and beyond handling my account. I am very satisfied with the results.
Yodle is a very smart company and financially I am sure they do very well by reselling google ad words to small businesses that do not know how to do online advertising themselves. On sitejabber there are dozens of complaints about yodle and how people lost money to that company. It appears if you did a google search for "yodle reviews" you came up with very negative yodle reviews. So what did yodle do about this? They created this website www.yodlereviews.com so now you only see positive reviews about yodle and they pay google for the top result. Very smart indeed.
