Been a customer for about 4 years now and I will never go back to other products. Never had bad expreriences, not with the product nor customer service. For me nothing but the best for my family and this definitely is the best, completely natural product out there.
I ordered one product but got another. I had two order numbers with two different products. I ordered 1 product. Tried to clarify problem to two different agents. My email was lost. Despite their contacting me that way. Didn't have either order number. No offer to help, refund, replace not a thing. Wasn't impressed. To tired to add pictures again to something. You lost me.

Horrible experience with ordering from this company. I follow someone on FB who was promoting the Aria Diffuser and clicked the link to order and filled in all the information including my credit card and could not find my order or tracking information. I emailed customer Service and received a response three days later saying they could not find my order. I called the number listed on the website and explained what happened and the person on the other end could not help me and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else and was told there was no order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn't one available. She was finally able to process a new order after 30 minutes of telling me she couldn't do it. I originally placed the order with the product being 50% off and had to pay far more when the mistake wasn't even mine. Had to pay upgraded shipping as I needed this for a gift. A cost I shouldn't have had to pay for since a week had gone by since I ordered. There was no apology for all the inconvenience I had to go through, just to order an item. Nobody should have to work this hard to buy a product.
A bad experience and the last purchase I will make from this company.

Oh, i used the whole range over the years, from oils over shampoo to householdcleaner. I switched my entire home to a natural, chemicalfree environment.
Unethical company. I ordered once from them, then learned of their business practices, such as the multiple lawsuits they currently have against former employees for having the audacity to leave their company. I then repeatedly asked to have my account canceled, finally starting to get rude with them when they repeatedly ignored me. Then in retaliation they place an unauthorized order on my account! Now Im having to have my bank change my debit card JUST to keep them from putting more charges on my account.

Uh, first off. MLM, so that's NOT fun, second. Theses oils contain synthetic chemicals that are not FDA approved. The creator of this company has been through so many scandals that its hard to turn a blind eye to. Its a harmful company that exploits and lies to its customers...also when used as directed it causes rashes, breakouts... there are better companies out there that are more ethical and cheaper. (i personally have not bought the product, however my mother has, and she was not happy either.)

I have been using Young Living products for many years and I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased. There are certain oils that I purchase on a regular basis that have improved my wellbeing and health. The Thieves, Valor and Progessence are oils that I use the most. Please do not let these negative comments keep you from trying the products from this company.

Incredible product, helpful customer service, no issue when something was missing from an order (2 times in 15 years), no cracked lids ever, web site updates took a little time to learn, altho good tutorials if used (I like to learn on my own). Healing that I receive is beyond measure. Their organic and safe process is better than any other I have researched. I have grand nephews who benefit from the KidScents line. For keeping my home clean... I add oils to my drinking water to add to my healthy eating. The oils fort cooking - nothing better as the essence of the herb or spice. I encourage all to give them a go for your own health and healing. Blessings

If you are new - go to the learning center and watch some of the teaching videos. Life Science Publishing has all of their literature as well as the Essential Oils Home Reference with specifics about the oils, their use and the research done. A large book full of vital information.

First off, I've been a loyal to YL and do selectively like a few of their oils exclusively. With their latest sale, I was adding items to my cart and this pop up happens after each add, one says go to cart and the other says buy with PayPal (or something along those lines). My finger slips and hit the PayPal button. I'm automatically checked out for over $300. No confirmation or anything.like amazon, but without the ability to cancel right away or get any help from customer service. I needed it cancelled, because I was not done finalizing the order and was not wanting to pay through the account it took the money from. I dealt with customer service 3 different times over this. The first one I was told after being on hold for 30+ minutes that she couldn't change the payment or edit the order at all. Literally nothing to be done to just make it an easy fix. She told me she would "request" to stop the order and have it refunded to my original payment, but I wouldn't know for a few hours when I check the order status online. Well, they did stop it, but put over $300 as credits on my account. So then there was a headache of getting ahold of them through chat to deal with that and other issue of placing another order and the "free" items weren't showing up because of the cancelled order. First chat lady told me she would request my money be refunded to original payment. But wasn't helpful with anything else. Then the chat disconnected. More time waiting, having to re-explain AGAIN. She was finally able to re-order after I spelled it out for her how she could actually help me. 1 week later and after an responding to my initial problem (I tried every way of getting ahold of them) with a very basic sorry for the inconvenience, I find out my money is still not in the process of being refunded to my PayPal account. I was told it would be in my account in 5 business days, so I was hopeful that was the case since I was told twice, that would happen. So now apparently I have to wait another 5 days (so at least 12 total) to get my money back in my account. If you have crappy customer service, you should not have an automatic payment button. Also? The lack of care or support from customer service was horrid. I will not be giving this company my business again.
I ordered a one time order as a Christmas present. They automatically enrolled me in a loyalty program and both months following, charged me $47 dollars.
I called canceled and am in the process of returning the additional orders. What a pain! They know what they are doing.

I've ordered from this company for the past 5 years and I have never had any problems with their shipping until now. I placed an order on March 4th 2022 and I used their free shipping option. It is now the 21st of March and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service, which has always been super helpful, and they told me I just have to wait.
My mother is a YL rep and by all means I support every venture that she has. She bought me a diffuser for Christmas that I was (at first) very excited about. However since then, I have been her customer, not her son. I gave her a very specific "i will come you to" boundary which she refuses to follow. Then she guilt trips me every single time I refer to the boundary. The YL business model uses friends and family against each other and promotes pushing limits to reach the "next level". Well the next level will be pretty lonely.
I purchased 3 packages of rollers for my oils. They will only replace 2 of the packages since one of the packages was purchased 1 year ago. I understand it has been 1 year, but all 3 of the packages have the same issue. They are all too large to fit on any of the oil bottles. This shows the company is neglecting quality control. It makes you wonder what other quality issues are going on with their other products. This is bad news for Young Living.

So here's my story guys my future wife loves the oils her and her mom use them all day everyday and I tbink they are actually helpful I have had some injuries in the past since I played sports in high school and by me useing the cool azul I feel great. I also use the thieves toothpaste, and there bears oil all with perfect outcomes but my issue is more of a personal matter. My girlfriend is so fixated with these products she doesn't understand how it affects others, she wants to educate every one and every person about how some things people use aren't the best for you and how only young living is safe. The oils give me some time of reacting at times specifically the thieves cleaner or if she difusses any oil I get a sore throat as well as a stuffy nose. I just want people to understand that it's hard to be in a relationship with someone whoes so passionate about a oil and a company that it affects your relationship. I think young Living needs to know that ropeing people in to a better lifestyle is only possible with a mindset if I wanna eat twinkies and drink beer then I will but if I want to have carrots and water I also will the company means well but the get people in and it changes them overall still tbink there products are pretty good and probably the best oils out there

I failed to meet a buying deadline and my discount that took a year of buying was deleted. I tried to review and it seemed that they took great joy of reminding my of their "Terms and Conditions".

I love the product but I also know it is kind of a pyramid scam which is weird. And it is scary for you people to want FIVE digits of a SSN. We all know the first three are where we were born so basically you just have to guess one number to steal our identity. You should just have regular sales people instead of the "member" crap - it just makes you seem sleazy. I will use your products but NEVER recommend them.

They have setup the website in a way that end user confuses at every stage and end up in either paying more unintentionally or have to call customer service for resolution. The website is misleading and seems fraudulent where limited access is allowed to sort out the issue.
I was overwhelmed by their strong social media campaign, and therefore trapped in their products.
Customer service is HORRIBLE, and therefore, I strongly doubt on the products are as well. If such a big brand claims big wins on social media then how could they forgot to improve their customer service followed by user experience on their website.

Young Living went through some changes. They now want you to spend a minimum of $100 per month to get the same perks one used to earn for $50. For that reason, I cancelled my membership. All was well for a few months, but then they sent a shipment I did not order and charged money without permission. They gave a refund and assured me it would never happen again. They assured me my account was closed. It happened again this month! They charged me again and sent another package I did not order. It is not legal to take money you have not been authorized to take. I strongly advise using a different company than Young Living for your oils. Their greed got the better of them.

Use a different company whose products are just as good but who do not require a certain order per month, do not take money when not authorized, and do not use the US postal service for shipping.
Any time I needed to contact customer service, there would always be a minimum of 2 hour wait. They could never completely help you with whatever issue you had. I only bought oils for them for 3 months and it was the worst experience I have ever had with poor service. One month it took 3 weeks for my oils to be delivered! The oils are overpriced, and you are stuck ordering every month in order to earn "loyalty rewards". It's not worth it. I have since changed to Revive Essential Oils, and they ship fast, customer service is wonderful, no minimum order required!

Though I like the products, I was driven to seek another representative because of the extremely combative and unprofessional representative that I am dealing with right now. Her views are completely crazy and ignorant and if you should challenge her she lashes back with harsh comments defending her unbelievable views.
