Our site has been up for approx 6 months now. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. Recommended! The control panel seemed a little daunting and techie at first, but it's fine when you get used to it. To me the hosting experience with Yourwebsite is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks. I've been with them for more than a year and so far I'm very happy.

The Support team at Yourwebsite was excellent, prompt, positive, helpful and another other words one can conjure in their thoughts when they think of what a real Support Team should be. All in all, ease of use, prompt service and more features than I'll likely ever need, but it's nice to know they're there if I do.

With an easy interface and very helpful customer support, Yourwebsite will be a great buy. I know that every service that asks less price can be a very doubtful one let alone being the cheapest is the most doubtful one. However, even though it asks a cheaper price, it can give you great service with 24-hour uptime and fast customer support.

Yourwebsite is a good and better than the best, according to me. According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

I know from personal experience that Yourwebsite chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. I've already noticed an improvement in load time for my site and the bulletin board is probably twice as fast as the old one.

Highly recommended. I've used several hosts in the past and Yourwebsite have exceeded my expectations! Keep in mind that this is not a reseller host. Also, when they say that you can host multiple domains under some plans, that is more akin to multiple subdomains in the way that they are configured. You will not get separate cpanel accounts.

Really, if you are going to host any website (but not adult related), use Yourwebsite, they deserve your business. I have never had a problem they couldn't fix, and fast. I cant say about prices since I have not looked at any other hosts, but worth every penny.

I currently have joomla with my site and Yourwebsite does notify me when there's an security problem with joomla and warn me for the upgrade, which is nice. They have excellent systems with high redundancy and extremely professional personnel.
