I've been a customer for almost 40 years. What keeps me coming back? High-quality products at decent prices, free products with my orders, a wide variety of items, easy ordering, quick shipping, fantastic customer service. They use organic, natural products they grow, to make a smaller environmental impact. They have a firm commitment to reducing packaging and offering recycleable containers and refillable jars. Bottom line: they are a great company, with products that really work.

This is one company that doesn't care about customers. My orders came after 13 days (long wait) and one of the products was received in a damaged container, simply because of poor packaging. Several bottled products were dumped in a big box without cushioning. Called customer service helpline many times the whole day until finaly someone answered. I was promised to receive a replacement for the damaged goods. I followed up with them via email but all I received were several blank messages. What a way to treat customers.

Unfortunately, my favorite Yves Rocher has changed for the worse in the past few years. Riche's brand of anti-age products became unusable because of its low quality. I will toss the jar of Intensive Care creme I received the last time into the garbage. I have been using this creme for over 20 years: it was light, felt wonderful on the skin, and absorbed quickly. Now, this creme is oily, lumpy and stays on the skin like glue.
Goodbye, Yves Rocher, I loved it for so many years, but I will not use it anymore.

Pure scam. I made an order, paid it and never received it. Customer service do not answer my email since weeks. The order itself at all disappeared from my profile. Of course without any notification. The payment was not refunded as well.

I have been ordering from them for some years now and was glad when they returned to the US after shutting that side of the business down for a while. They have got to get it together when it comes to the mailings that they send you and then trying to place an order online using those mailings. Products are not there, the free gifts that you get are different than what was in the mailer that you just got, it's just extremely confusing and difficult to use. When you email them with questions, they do respond within a day, but their responses really don't match your query. Probably because English is not their first language. They really need to get on the ball with this process. I tried to use the Pay Later option on an order. Three weeks after I placed the order, I received a letter in the mail telling me that the pay later was not approved and to call them with a credit card. Really? It's 2020 and they can't email or text you so that you can respond immediately? By the time I responded, most of the products I had wanted to order were no longer available, as a lot of the items seem to change frequently. If they could get this together, it would be a great company!

Placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. Still no order and no tracking number. NOBODY answers the phone or the e-mails. Disgusting ignorance of the customer. Will NEVER order with Yves Rocher again. If my order does not arrive in a few days, I am reporting this company to BBB for FRAUD.

Once an order has been placed online, you cannot make any changes, edit, or cancel it. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment as when contacting Yves Rocher Customer Service aka Call Centre. Is rudeness a requirement of the job desription? Their unwiilingness to assist in resolving an issue when ordering online is very frustrating and stressful.

Tip for consumers:
Any online orders cannot be changed or cancelled. You can refuse the shipment upon delivery and refunded once its back to merchant.

Products used:
My purchase of Oct. 13 for $57 through Paypal is still on back order. Apparently one or more of the items is temporarily out of stock and holding up entire order.

I was taking advantage of YR 2 for 1 sale. I selected the first product and clicked on list of "FREE" products for my second product. However, no where did it state that your second product is free only if it's less than your first product. You get charged the higher priced item. So you could purchase a lip balm for $4 and BB Cream for $35 and you get charged $35 and get the lip balm for free. What a deal!

My order was shipped very quickly, but no 'free gift with any purchase' and no free samples.

I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for over 35 years when it had great products, unique free gifts and superb customer service. Sadly, I have experienced a rapid decline of a great company. I predict that Yves Rocher will be folding in next few years.

Nice products and good value but they lose all value to me in product delivery. Thin boxes and complete lack of packing material plus too many products dumped into boxes too weak and small for the load. Products arrived in less than perfect condition, sometimes damaged beyond use. Add insult to injury, they do not respond to electronic requests for help AT ALL. Telephone wait times are 15 to 30 minutes and their agents will treat you poorly. Photo below are just the most recent shipment. Not the first with issues.

I've been Yves Rocher's customer for 30 years spending at this point thousands of dollars on their products, I cannot believe how badly I've been recently treated by its customer service. When my most recent order-package got missing, which was clear from the Fedex tracking, rather than apologizing for it and resending my order, the customer service told me look for it myself at a local post office and wait (nor sure for what) until it miraculously might appear. They are unprofessional and rude. They've just lost me as a customer.

This company is headed toward extinction if they keep up with their poor Customer Service plus the decline of their product. I'm not shopping there again. If I could have rated them -, I would have.

Find another site. The quality is very poor. Customer service is the worst I've experienced on line.

I'm very satisfied with the products, especially the eye cream. I m satisfied with all the products that I bought from this brand unfortunately this year I couldn't find the Hydra vegetal Cleansing Gel it was a really good washing gel for my Oily skin with acne. I'm a big fan of Comme Un evidence Perfume too. This light warm vernal odor gives me a really tranquil sense. Customer service is responsible too. When I didn't receive my package they followed up and refunded my money, I always buy with confidence from this green brand thank you

I was living in Italy (Torino) and was a regular Yves Rocher customer. I now reside in the United States and to my great disappointment find out that the same products I was purchasing in Italy cost significantly more in the States. Why? For example: Serum Vegetal Rides & Fermete: 15.95 euros in Italy. Same product in the State: 59 U$ ( Currency is 1 euro = 1.09 U$) --- Outrageous. Very disappointed. -- and the company has the audacity of advertising "free shipping"? Shame on YOU! ---

All of their products irritates my skin. Customer service doesn't stand about their products. They don't care if you end up as a clown.
I left an honest review on their website for a product that gave me a very bad allergic reaction but they didn't approve it. They didn't even care about my allergic reaction to the product or giving me a refund.

I have used the repair hair oil on a washed wet hair, as it was written in the instructions for use that you can use the product like that. After drying my hair it was looking awefully oily and disgusting like unwashed for weeks. I had to wash my hair again to clear up thay oily look.
Totally disappointed.
Please use your products first before writing instructions of use as you will find out you cannot use this product on a washed hair.

For several years I have been using products of this French brand, especially I love to buy different new products and of course have some of them which are completely my must-have. When buying some products shop assistant always give various testers and you can try some of them and understand whether it is suitable for you or not. I really love their shampoos, mostly all of them are good for my hair and make my hair more volume and smooth. Shower gels are my continuous love, all of them have so nice fragrances that it stays for hours on your skin after showering, but at the same time, the aromas are not annoying ones.

In the 90's it was easier to order via catalog than it is online in 2020! It's truly unbelievable how bad their customer service is, and you can bet the CS people are in India. Not a single person I spoke to was in the USA or Europe. They could do very little to help, and their attitude is the worst! My order finally arrived after two weeks, but it was packaged so sloppy. Everything just flying around in the box. This will be my last YR order. Products have also gone down in quality. They cheapened out to make a buck. Oh, and they charge your card immediately and don't ship for weeks. That irked me too. All the reps had a hard time finding my order in their system, and they have this archaic "customer number" situation. They all claimed that my order had not been processed, but the transaction sure had been! It's a shame what has happened to Yves Rocher. Don't expect help via their Facebook page. They will never PM you back. I forgot something else... their phone wait time is over 30 minutes, and after 10 there will be loud static on the line that will make you want to hang up. I'm sure that's their way of getting people off the line.

Woman hung up on me over the phone! This has NEVER, EVER happened to me with any other retail companies that I can remember of! There are plenty of other French companies that have a great customer service, and fantastic products, starting with L'Oréal! Hopefully, L'Occitane customer service is better than that. Actually, I do not think it can be any worse... lol

I have used Yves Rocher products since their introduction to the US in the late 1980's and will continue to buy from them as long as they are available for purchase here in Noth America.
I have always adored their magnificent fragrances in their highly collectible bottles and have found most of their skin and makeup formulations to be the equal to if not better than their US drug store and even department store competitors.
Their fantastic shower gel varieties are my daily go to brand, and despite living for 12 + years in the harshest and driest region of the US (i. E., mountainous Colorado), my skin is almost always soft and supple, and I rarely have to rely on daily body lotions as most Rocky Mountain residents must.
I have had few if any issues with their customer service over 30+ years of ordering by mail, phone and through the internet. My orders have arrived, promptly and wholly intact with no damage or missing items.
The prices are quite reasonable for French made cosmetics that often end up being true bargains during seasonal clearance sales.
YR offers great monthly sales and very nice exclusive free gifts, such as bags, jewelry sets, scarves, robes, mugs, throws, and other household, and personal items. The offers as well as GWPs vary between mail order and internet promotions. (Depending on pricing and incentives, I sometimes purchase from both, one or neither.)
Among my own favorite scents are the vintage Clea, Venice, and Vie Privee as well as the recently discontinued Collection Secrets D'essences line.
I have long treasured their beautiful palette compacts which they sadly seem to no longer sell in North America, I would assume, due to lower demand.
As for vintage Bath products, I miss les Jardins du Monde selections. As for Cosmetics, the vintage Clea and Vie Privee makeup eyeshadows, nail polishes, liquid foundations etc. were elegantly presented and luxuriously formulated and therefore are long lamented.
The present lines are more in keeping with the current green movement of recyclable and minimalistic beauty products. So more practical and less wasteful packaging has been implemented but this does not affect the overall quality, which in my opinion, still remains high and hard to beat.
VIVE YVES ROCHER!

I made my first order and after 2 weeks product didn't arrived, I called customer service they told me since the order was made online they cannot do any changes, I also ask them when I will get it and they told me they don't know since FedEx has the package, so I will rate my experience with 0 star since they are helpless and I will not order from this mediocre company again.

Their skincare is definitely inferior to the skincare of the late eighties and early ninties. Now they irritate my skin. Also their pricing was very reasonable. Not it's out of sight. Also I bought a sealed skin cream and put it away. When I opened it there was nothing but a doughy blob. They did nothing for me as they said it was bought too long ago. Well if the plastic seal was still on it and stored in a cool dark place this should not have happened.
