“Provided me with the laptop I wanted to have”

I've been waiting to upgrade my laptop to one that is more suitable for my needs as my current laptop is outdated. I had my eye on this gorgeous one but I was in no position to purchase it as it was so expensive. However, through Zebit credit opportunities, I'm now the owner of one of the best laptops in the world. And the cherry on top is that there is no interest for this! I absolutely love this company for what they do and helping us out like this.

“BEWARE of FRAUD”

Zebit commits fraud. They charged my account for a 500 dollar e gift card from Macy's. I personally don't shop at stores like that and I certainly didn't order anything from them. A rogue zebit employee ordered it. I made them aware of this 2 months ago and they have done absolutely NOTHING. They even LIED to my bank and said that I ordered it. Whatever you do, DON'T give zebit your credit or debit card information.

It's better to buy direct because they don't care about quality products and warranty is non existent. After 10 days you can no longer get your money back which is bull$#*!. Just save your money and buy direct from another place.

It's crap.

Zebit tells you that you have a certain line of credit and then it doesn't really allow you to use it. All my payments were made on time. I had them taken straight out my account every two weeks and I have documentation to prove it. Yet, they say they weren't allowing no purchases due to payment history on account. Nobody will talk to you ever. All you can do is send an email and they respond when or if they feel like it.

I don't like that I get charged $36 for shipping for 1 e-gift card that they email? I don't understand how they can charge so much for shipping when not shipping anything? They just send an email! This is ridiculous

Tip for consumers:
The e-gifts come in handy but very pricy on shipping when not shipping !

I have been email zebit help every day, so that I can receive my bath and body gift card before Christmas, I have sent an email everyday for the past two weeks with no response, yet I am paying for this certificate. I have not received one response and my certificate is not going to be here before Christmas and that is why I bought it.

I have applied and got approved for 1400$ so I can purchase. Appearly this is stupid how I try to purchase online and some how I got a email sent for review and now they close my account really. This was not worth it

The gift cards is usually the only item I but. The gift card goes right to your email, you can purchase another gift card to use as a gift, or keep for yourself. Love it

DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT WITH ZEBIT. I HAD AN ACCOUNT OPENED FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAD A GOOD CREDIT LINE AND NEVER ORDERED YET. I WENT TO ORDER SOMETHING SMALL UNDER $200 AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND WONT REOPEN. NO REASON WHY. I HAVE GOOD CREDIT, HOME AND JOB AND ALL. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ON BIT...PRETTY SORRY AND SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Zebit employee [Misael] and the Zebit staff are cold hearted, they are rude and I am trying to spead my experiences. Zebit profiles people due to payment history etc. My mother had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed due to a stroke and left her unable to walk, and had other health issues, due to the fact I lost employment in trying to care for my mother and had some problems making payments but still tried to make payments when i could. How cold-hearted can a company be and treat others. This company does not have phone support only online and they need to realize that out there people do have problems and when I offered to make payments and work with them [Misael] was cold as hell in stating that due to payment history my account will remain closed not look into my history of the payments and purchases. Please stay away from Zebit find other sources and please pass this to everyone how they profiled me because my mother got sick and employment issues. Make this viral as I will be sharing my experiences with everyone and beyond. Zebit.com is rude, hire rude employees, and all around could hearted and think of nothing but the mega buck not care of others feelings or what they are going through. I guess the big mighty dollar is more important to companies than people's life's this company needs to be closed and boycotted for how they allow the customer service reps to treat customers -- they lie, coldhearted, and will be on all social media my experience and how everything is -- I bought many items from them and then they would not work with me many times after life happened and had some issues.
