The concept of this little heater is great BUT they really don't work and the website is very misleading. I ordered 5 units and of the 5 only one works. Two of the 5 did not produce any heat, the other 2 produced heat but the thermostat and timer did not work. The website says it does not get hot to the touch but the front of the unit burned my finger. Their return policy states that returns because you do not like/want the heater are at the customer's expense. However, it definitely infers that if a unit does not work that is when they will send a return label to cover postage. When I asked them for this return label I was told they do not do that under any circumstance. My credit card company will be discussing this with them.
