What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Prospecting management tool I'm the owner of an online shop and my job is to look for the right software that automates most of my work. Given the increasing demand for my product, I needed a tool that would help me manage my orders, customers, and shipment. After going through a lot of google searches I finally got to know about Zoho and after looking at the features I thought to give it a try. First off I was amazed at its features and how it integrated with the rest of the tools. I've had this tool for about a month now and I can say I'm really happy with the results. For more details, you can check out the Zoho website.
I do not recommend this company. I was their client for business email for 2 years. My account was due to expire and they sent 1 reminder. Unfortunately I did not see it and as a result, my account expired. I tried to reconnect it but although Zoho accepts Paypal, I was consistently asked to add my credit card. No one in the Zoho team helped in any constructive way (they were either slow or kept copying and pasting generic replies). In the end, I bought another domain and email, from a different provider, to save my business "face". I asked Zoho to help me forward any emails received in the old address (ie the Zoho address) but they declined saying they had sent me 4-5 reminders and it was my responsibility to pay on time. Even after they admitted they had sent only 1 reminder, and knew that Paypal payments were not pure Paypal but included credit card, they insisted I PAY them for the forwarding service. They actually asked me to pay them around 3 times despite this unfair treatment and their false advertising about accepting Paypal. I really felt I was dealing with a Scam company, and whatever they are, I regret paying money to them for 2 years, I would never use them again.

We recently made the COLOSSAL MISTAKE of signing up with Zoho One for our small business. (I highly recommend that you don't!)
Long story short, the Zoho One and Zoho CRM software are full of bugs. It was advertised as an "all-in-one" business solution that "seamlessly" integrates with all your business needs (mail, CRM, finance, marketing, etc.) It doesn't! Furthermore, Zoho likes to advertise their "award-winning customer service", which they are abysmally far from providing. We spent more time troubleshooting than we did getting anything accomplished. We contacted Zoho countless times over a six month period, which was a futile and frustrating waste of time. As mentioned by other reviewers here, they take weeks to return a simple email and they never answer their phones. All calls appear to be rerouted to call centers outside of North America. Technical issues are hard enough to resolve without being compounded by language barriers.
I can't speak for anyone else, but when I've got customers waiting, I can't delay my business operations for 6-7 days waiting for Zoho to get their act together, because my customers WILL and DID go elsewhere!
To make matters worse, the Zoho Mail software was constantly sending messages from trusted and established clients listed in my database to either Junk or Trash folders, and some of those customers believed I was ignoring them, so again they went elsewhere.
Zoho has cost us time, money, and energy. The only improvement they're capable of providing is stress.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid ZOHO and ZOHO products. Terrible products! Terrible customer service!

Functionality could be good if it worked ok. However, as extensive users this last few months we are continually disappointed by the failings in the software across various modules. There are many things that change without any logic, and repeat failures of the same issues after they are fixed. Very disappointing and frustrating to work with. Having invested a massive amount of effort to configure and utilise we are sticking with it so far, but if the failings continue we shall be changing to a different product.
QuickBooks offers a range of integrations with other software tools and platforms, including payment processors, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. This allows businesses to customize their accounting workflows and connect with other systems they use to manage their operations.
QuickBooks is known for its user-friendly interface and ease of use, making it accessible to users with little or no accounting experience. The software is also frequently updated with new features and improvements, ensuring that it stays current with changing business needs and accounting regulations.
They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Setting up our account properly was a nightmare. I scheduled an on-boarding web meeting at 11am our time. I took my sales staff out of the field for this meeting. It was a total waste of time, they never showed! My staff and I wasted an entire morning waiting for the on-boarding web meeting. Calling customer service was a complete waste of time. The suggested I send an email, and that they would respond within 24/48 hours. Seriously! BTW, I paid for premium service. If this is their idea of premium service, I can only shudder at the thought of what their regular service looks like.
I decided to cancel my subscription, that is also a nightmare.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do business with ZOHO. Save yourself the headache.

Zoho One has everything you need to run a business. However, customer support is poor. When calling support, you are left listening to music and waiting for someone to answer, which usually doesn't happen. When you create a support ticket, it usually takes 24 hours before an answer is given, which can be frustrating when an emergency support is needed.
Zoho is a solid product for the cost. CRM's can be very expensive, and this is a good started platform for a small business. They also have many other tools as well.
I have been getting charged by Zoho for 4 months despite never opening an account with them. I have turned them in to the consumer protection bureau and to my bank's fraud division.

I went to my Citi Bank account I put in my password and it kept saying error I try 2 more times. A screen came up and said my account was locked and it listed a phone number *******841 and that I needed to call Citi Bank at that number. So I call that number and the representative Ron said he would give me a password but I needed to sign into a website call Join Zoho which I did and after he said my account was compromise with someone in Canada and they will take over my account and steel all of my money. I put in the password he gave me but when he ask for my debt card or checking account routing number that's when I got very suspicious and I told him I am not doing that. He said lady if don't do what I'm telling you your account will be compromise. I put him on hold call Citi Bank direct and they told me the bank is having major problems today and I should try to sign in about 5 hours or call. I told customer service about a website call Join Zoho and she said she never heard of them. I told the scammer Ron I will deal with the bank directly and I told him your nothing but a $#*!ing scammer trying to steel peoples money and information and I will be reporting you.
I would love to give this suite of products a five-star for the awesome interface and integration as one, but it's not one product.
Dealing with this company is like dealing with 10 different companies with 10 different products that try to work together. It's rare that you get a live support person. You usually have to leave a voicemail and they take a few hours to reply. By that time, you are even more frustrated and confused.
Additionally, the customer service reps work in a noisy atmosphere with horrible hold music. Arrrrrgh.
Zoho CRM is difficult. Though it supposed to be an integrated software package, every module looks and feels different. Everything is always somewhere other than you expect.
All this is not that bad when compared to Zoho support. Few things in life is more frustrating than Zoho support. It is amazingly terrible.
What a total waste of time! I signed up and when I tried to access the email option it said I had to enter a phone number to verify my account. I entered my phone number and it said the number was already verified. When I went back to access the email it said I had to enemy phone number! And round and round we go. What an insanely stupid company! I should've guessed by their stupid name

I have a small list of friends I send regular messages to. Recently some messages suddenly are blocked by my friends' email servers, so I began checking where the problem lies.
Zoho.com has servers in Romania and other countries where intrusive Internet thugs and governments routinely hijack and/or snoop into communications. Microsoft email servers block incoming mail from some of the more dangerous countries, and I find my messages from my Zoho account fall into this category.
Here is a report on the servers and business of Zoho...

I am now looking elsewhere for email services.
That was then. Now, after searches for better eMail hosting, I'm still with ZOHO.
Why?
There isn't better.
Period.
I wish there was, but after realizing that there are determined haters of ZOHO who do all they can to destroy and sabotage this great service, I'm happily sticking with them. The best things about them are still the things Google spurns - no tracking of my other surfing and bombarding me with all the garbage Google spews; digging into my private interests and spamming me with unwanted commercial crap that Google cares nothing about blasting me with - yes, I have a google crap account just to use their once good services and those they bought and turned into trashy advertising - YouTube, anyone?
So, If Google ever gets honest, and starts caring, I'll stay with ZOHO, because they care now, today.
A representative from GetHumanMatch.com scammed me for 500.00. I called to resolve an ongoing payment issue and the representative had me download Zoho so he could have access to my information and then proceeded to scam me. I thought I was calling a legitimate company but it seems there is a very large conglomerate of false businesses working simultaneously to scam unsuspecting customers out of a great deal of money... Match.com, GetHuman.cim, and Zoho are in this one together! Hope they get their just reward! They are ruthless scammers!
Got a text offering me $400 for every task at Whole Foods (20-30 minutes). Based on reality and the other scam comments on this webpage... this is a scam. They wanted all my critical info except my credit card #s & SSN, that was probably asked for on the 2nd page
I signed up for a jobs fair offered by Eventbrite for free. I signed up, included a copy of a resume, and went to the event- which wasn't happening. There was no explanation. The security desk staff said others before me that day were asking about this phantom career fair. There was never any kind of follow up, so I am suspicious that this is some sort of data mining scam.

I've been a salesperson for the last 13 years and used Concur at 3 former companies. Then I get to my new company and they use Zoho - What a Joke! Just setting up the company credit card wasted so many calls to Zoho and Amex where my Amex acct was locked out finally. It shouldn't be this hard to set up and do an expense report, Apparently with Zoho, IT IS.
Look when things are going well, it is a good CRM. However, when THEY mess up, it can be catastrophic, but worst of all they treat you so poorly. Ignoring you, promising you things that they don't deliver on, then every manager is 'on the phone' or 'out of their office'.
Meanwhile, they must be the only IT firm on the planet that doesn't have developers at the ready to solve any issue. Seriously, what do I pay them USD$1,000 a month for?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS EMAIL PROVIDER, PERIOD.
If you want to be scammed by a staff that is 100% in India, even though they say they're in the U.S. when they're not, then do business with them. When your Contacts' information is stolen, or when you realize that they are reading and copying all of your mail, then don't cry... you didn't read the tons of bad reviews about them.
They are fraudulent, they are scammers, they are the worst.
Tip for consumers:
Don't even start service with them, unless you want to be scammed and ripped-off, and you want all of your private information & emails to be copied and used by the staff in India and Romania.
I was needing to make a purchase today and I couldn't due to missing funds from this company that I had never heard of. I called the number on my bank statement and I was not able to get the call to go through. I am not sure if someone has used my account, however; for a stay at home mom who has limited funds this was a major blow to my family.
BEWARE Zoho. Somehow Zoho got my credit card info and proceeded to charge my credit card every single day for 21 days. When I called them to find out how they got my info, they provided me with a series of e-mail addresses that were using my credit card. I told them to immediately stop all charges from my credit card, to refund the charges, and to investigate those accounts that were using my card. They did nothing, and I was charged four more times the very next day from them. I called AmEx and got all the charges reported as fraudulent and refunded, but Zoho was completely unhelpful and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.
