Zshoppers

I've made so many purchases from Zshoppers that they're too numerous to mention. Why can't I resist buying their products? It's due to pricing, the quality of merchandise sold and the company's excellent customer service. When it comes to comparison pricing, in my opinion, Zshoppers Is the way to go.

Easy to work with and very accommodating. Immediately responded to my question. Sent a replacement free of charge that I did not even request.

The staff at Zshoppers have always been very courteous but imagine my surprise when I opened the box to my last order and I had FREE yes FREE gifts from ZSHOPPER just because I had been a good customer. Also, i was sent the wrong size of an item and I was refunded the purchase price and ZSHOPPERS sent me the correct size free. How often does that happen? Never is how often. Thank you ZSHOPPERS for making me feel appreciated and that you care.

I've been ordering from Zshoppers for a while, products are always as described, never been disappointed! But what I wanted to send a shout out about is also their Customer Service- just Awesome. They respond soooo quickly it is unreal and they always help! Highly recommend:)

This was the best company I have dealt with on returns. They emailed me back within a few hours with a quick fix.

I didn't receive my order, but the customer service at Zshoppers was great. They ended up sending out a new phone case for my son, and refunding my original purchase price, to make up for my trouble and my wait. They were very respectful and aware of my feelengs.

The product I ordered didn't work. I complained but had low/no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call and an email from a customer service rep who was very pro-active and resolved the issue to my (surprised) satisfaction. I'm very impressed and grateful. Well done Zshoppers!

Ordered a 3-in-1 phone charger kit for a iPhone 5 and they sent me one for an iPhone 4 which came with no return info. Plus I've gotten 2, unexplained charges on my Visa from them! They simply do not respond to multiple voice messages or emails I left. Hopefully this review can save some poor sucker from the aggravation/frustration I've gone through with them.

Z-Shoppers sells excellent quality merchandise at a very low price.
I never have to check the tracking more than once or twice and it's already here!
If I have a question, they respond quickly. Being a family-owned business, they make you feel special, not just an "order number". I highly recommend this company to anyone who feels they deserve the very best!

Matthew took my call about redeeming certificates from a previously canceled order. He was very courteous, patient and responsive. As he promised, my order was shipped promptly and to the correct address which was different from the original order. It was a nice experience working with him.

It's a total SCAM! I hope people considering buying something from ZShoppers read this BEFORE they buy anything. I bought a Living Social coupon for adiscounted product from ZShoppers. They charged my cc the discount price of $18.00 and also charged me the full price of $180. They never call back (no one answers the phone, they say to leave a message). They never respond to email. And they charged me without sending the product. I'm lodging a complaint with BBB & FTC.

I ordered the flexible phone holder for myself. I loved it so much that I ordered more to give as gifts. One of them had a hairline crack on the clip. I contacted Zshopper for an exchange. A replacement is soon on its way! Hassle free! I like that. 5 star rating for this experience.

I had purchased three of Zshoppers items a couple of years ago. I lost one of the parts which made the item unusable. I contacted Zshoppers to see if they could help me obtain a replacement part. I was so impressed that they opened a package to take the part out so they could get it for me, and all they charged me was postage! Outstanding customer service without any hassle! I wish all companies were as easy to work with as the shoppers.

I ordered two iphone cases(iphone6&6plus), one for myself and one for my daughter. When my items arrived I realized that one of the phone cases was wrong. I accidentally ordered the 6plus instead of the 6s for my daughter. I emailed Zshoppers, explaining my situation and they responded back quick, fixed the problem right away, they were very nice and accommodating. Zshoppers's customer service was FANTASTIC, what a pleasure. I will continue doing business with them.

I ordered several items for Christmas gifts and for myself this month. Everything came in and was exactly as I expected. I did receive 1 item that I hadn't ordered in place of one I had, and discovered that there had been a mix-up in shipping. ZShoppers Customer Service quickly responded to my email, invited me to keep the wrong item (my husband liked it), and expedited my missing item right out to me. Then they followed up to ensure all had arrived as expected. I couldn't ask for better customer service, I'm very pleased!

An item was not as described. I got someone on the phone with no hassle, and it is all taken care of. Friendly, responsive. A++

I asked for a refund on an item, that did not work for me. I got a refund with no questions asked. That is great customer service.

Had a small issue with something I purchased and it was resolved immediately beyond my expectations.

Scissors came quite quickly, got them used them didn't do what I wanted. Called and in five minutes problem was resolved. Will definately do business with them again.
