This is apparently a fraudulent organisation who book the hotel, send you a very authentic looking accommodation voucher and then cancel with the hotel before or at their due payment date. So they pocket your money and you end up having to pay the hotel direct. I am trying to take steps to track this company down and bring them to justice if there is any way of doing so.
